五一期間入住該酒店，就在萬花山景區旁，內部環境非常好，乾淨整潔，鳥語花香，服務熱情，尤其餐後散步非常好，值得五星好評！
感受較深的事有兩件：1.當晚入住到餐廳就餐時，後廚已下班，前台把後廚召回，精心給我們提供晚餐，深受感動！
2.當晚酒店還安排有篝火晚會，組織嚴密，玩得盡興，長者和孩子都很高興！
下次到延安，還會入住！

這家酒店的服務態度真的讓人感動。我們早上需要早起趕路，本來餐廳飯點是7點開飯，但是前台美女得知我們的需求後，竟然在6點半不到就準備好了豐盛的早餐。為了讓我們能夠吃到温暖的早餐，他們真的付出了很多努力。這種細心和關懷，讓我們倍感温暖和感動。

賓館內環境特別好，房間也比較大，開車去市區大概25分鐘，住着特別安靜，隔壁就是萬花山景區和木蘭祠，吃飯可以在酒店內，也可以去觀音橋吃民俗，開車5分鐘。
