"The hotel has a great view, directly facing Red Street. Since we were traveling with a child, we booked a larger family room, and the spaciousness was fantastic. The bathtub is freestanding, making it easy to use with a bath liner, which is especially great for warming up in winter. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed anything. The robot even delivered our meals every day! If we come back, I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The room was very clean, bright and tidy, with a high ceiling that felt very comfortable. Entering the hotel lobby felt spacious and airy, a feeling that continued into the room. The room was a good size, with plenty of cabinets and a table, very convenient and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally good; only people walking and talking near the room door were noticeably quiet. The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

"How to say it? ? Actually, I had already collected it before I arrived in Yan'an, but I chose the Minsu Hotel on the first night. I decisively changed to this one on the second day. The appearance was very grand. The front desk upgraded the room. The room was very good, large and clean. However, it was too much effort to ask the front desk to send a few bottles of water. It was delivered in half an hour on the first day, but it was not delivered on the second day. No one cared about it until I checked out. It was still my eldest son who asked the cleaning staff on the third floor of the fifth floor to ask for it. This is really speechless. The experience is greatly reduced."
