GGuest UserBring your children to Yan'an for a red education tour and choose this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. It is located in the city center, next to Qingliang Mountain, close to the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Zaoyuan, and Yangjialing. It is very convenient to walk to Erdao Street for snacks in a few minutes. The front desk upgraded the room when entering the store, and provided free extended service when checking out. The housekeepers Xiao Zhao and Master Yang are warm and thoughtful, and the service is particularly good. I will continue to choose this hotel when I have the opportunity to come to Yan'an next time.

XXiamendelaowangVery new business hotel, easy parking lot, free parking, with charging stations. The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

GGuest UserI just stayed at the Vienna International Hotel in Yan'an New District, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, which made me feel good. The check-in process was efficient and attentive, and she even thoughtfully recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is great for business trips and vacations. I especially want to praise the mattress in the room! It's supposedly specially developed, and lying on it feels like being gently cradled by a cloud, with a perfect balance of support and softness. Even though I'm a light sleeper, I slept soundly until morning, waking up refreshed and completely free of fatigue! The breakfast the next day was also a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance and an unexpectedly wide variety of options. There was Chinese-style hot porridge and steamed buns, Western-style bread and coffee, as well as various fresh fruits, delicate pastries, and even local specialties—everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. This hotel has a very high-end feel in terms of decor and facilities, exuding sophistication, but the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money! Next time, whether it's for business or leisure, I will definitely choose this Vienna International Hotel again!

WWangwangxuebingovoThis is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Wanda Realm Yan'an for seven consecutive nights during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. I have to give it a great review! A special shout-out to front desk manager Anna, whose service was exceptionally detailed and thoughtful. Not only did she upgrade us for free to a special 'kang' room (a traditional heated bed), but she also had the air conditioning on in advance, so we walked into a wonderfully warm room – truly considerate. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was also enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome. If you're visiting Yan'an, choosing Wanda Realm is definitely the right choice!

GGuest UserVery satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

GGuest UserWe chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
