Yan'an Hotels with Parking

I stayed here once in May 2021, and this time I specifically came back for a 3-day stay to slow down and appreciate life. It's not far from the scenic spots, and about 5 minutes from Jin Yan'an. I walked around and saw the ”Yan'an Thirteen Years” performance – a truly immersive experience! I'll definitely come back during my next holiday! The weather was also cool! Overall, it was great!

I had a booking and was already checked in. Around midnight, I received a call asking if I was staying at the hotel, which woke me up. Then, past 1 AM, they arranged for new guests to check in right next to my room. This scared my child and me in the middle of the night! The front desk couldn't even explain the situation clearly when I called them. I couldn't get any sleep the entire night!!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lighting in the room was bright. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was nice to see the chef cooking dishes fresh, not just serving pre-made food. The Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious, and there were also noodles and rice vermicelli options. The only thing missing was coffee, but they did have steamed buns and congee. The biggest plus is its proximity to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. This is very convenient for travelers with a lot of luggage. It's also easy to get to Baota Mountain, as there are several bus lines right outside the hotel entrance.

The room exceeded my expectations! The linen was pristine white, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was absolutely none of the dust or dampness commonly associated with farm stays, making it feel as safe and comfortable as home. Their vegetables are incredibly fresh, harvested right from the garden. I personally watched the owner picking leafy greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes from their own vegetable patch – they were vibrant green and glistening with dew. Once stir-fried, a delightful aroma filled the air. The texture was delightfully crisp and the flavor refreshing and sweet – a genuine, natural taste you simply can't get in the city. Even the kids couldn't get enough of it! For cleanliness, comfort, and amazing fresh farm-to-table food, you can't go wrong choosing this place! It's especially suitable for families, offering healthy meals and a worry-free stay.

Environment: It's a genuine cave dwelling. Because it's located in a village, the journey is a bit rustic. The owner called ahead to remind us, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty. Hygiene: It can't compare to a hotel. Being right outside the door, it's dusty and there are bound to be some insects. Those with a strong aversion to dirt should be cautious and avoid this option. Facilities: The owner has done a great job. Everything you need is there, showing care and attention: smart controls, TV stand adjustment, fresh air system… Service: A big thumbs up to the owner – a man of few words but decisive action, clear thinking, and strong execution. No wasted words, just keeping his word. After seeing so many insincere smiles and empty pleasantries from the service industry on the road, this owner is a breath of fresh air. Wishing him booming business and all the best!

We booked the Hanting Hotel for our trip to Hukou Waterfall with our child. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was so comfortable that our child fell asleep immediately, and the heating was so strong it felt like the warm sunshine of northern Shaanxi had been brought into the room. Surprisingly, the hotel had a screen mirroring feature, which was very nice! There's a local food street downstairs, and the hotel breakfast was quite good, with noodles and steamed buns, which our child enjoyed very much. The lobby was spacious and airy, making it a comfortable place for our family to wait for our bus and relax. Our comfortable stay made the view of Hukou Waterfall even more spectacular! Especially considering its proximity to Hukou, it's the perfect hotel for a trip to Hukou.

The hotel reception is excellent. Very helpful through a phone translator. This Yan’an hotel, like a high proportion in my experience, has a different name than on Trip.com. The name on the elevator is Pod Inn.  One of the revolutionary sites is a very short walk away: 25 yuan entrance plus 100 yuan deposit for the audio guide. Alipay doesn’t work, but WeChat does. Or bring cash. Great to be in Yan’an for the memorial museum: 1. You only need passport and to fill in details in the visitor book to get in 2. Free to get in and awesome because of the importance of this time. 3. Bring your translator camera app to get a lot more out of this amazing place.

The room was spacious and clean, and it's super close to the night market – just a minute or two walk away. The area is really convenient for getting everywhere. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. They can even help you book a tour to Hukou Waterfall, which was really handy since I was traveling alone. The night market has lots of food, like the local Li Lao Er Spicy Lamb Trotters, which were pretty good, and a noodle dish that suited my taste perfectly.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

Very good location, nice fancy hotel. I strongly recommend to book a room on Trip in advance, because the prices are higher, if you book at the reception. Shops and restaurants nearby.
