XXiamendelaowangVery new business hotel, easy parking lot, free parking, with charging stations. The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

Service: The service attitude of the lobby and parking lot staff is really good. The lobby staff gave me gifts (flowers and cakes) for Women's Day on March 8th. I am very grateful to the lobby staff. Parking lot: Due to the large number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot, Master Yang directed the traffic for us, allowing us to exit the parking lot safely and ensuring our safe travel. The service attitude is really good. Thank you, Master Yang of the parking lot. Thank you, thank you.

MM273086****Staying two nights in a row in Yan'an was a truly satisfying experience. They offer porridge and small dishes after 9 PM, and breakfast is also excellent. For exploring the city, the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you need to book an hour in advance – a feature that sets them apart from many other hotels. On our second day, the hotel even recommended a great travel agency for a trip to Hukou Waterfall. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

MM8151****Service: Both the staff and the security guards at the entrance have excellent service attitudes, absolutely impeccable.
Environment: The room was clean and hygienic, and the mattress and pillows were quite comfortable.
Breakfast: Three breakfasts were included, with a wide variety of options and good taste.
Location: Situated in the city center of Yan'an, it's very close to Pagoda Mountain and Qingliang Mountain. Just a short walk downstairs is the Erdao Street Night Market, offering plenty of food choices.
Complaints: Being in the city center of Yan'an, it rained the night we arrived, causing terrible traffic. Also, both the bathroom and shower are made of transparent glass.
Overall, I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserGuests at home chose the beautiful hotel to stay, and a friend said that the hotel room is large and the environment is better. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The front desk service is particularly thoughtful and intimate. The room was not hygienic, especially clean. Ask the waiter to send water, adjust the TV, on call, the service is very good. Living is particularly comfortable, a recommended hotel.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel door, I was deeply attracted by the convenience and comfort here. First of all, the transportation network around the hotel is developed, whether it is to go to a business meeting place or explore the city scenery, it can easily achieve fast travel. The parking lot inside the hotel is spacious and clean, providing great convenience for self-driving guests. Entering the room, I was first moved by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The beds are soft and comfortable, making people not want to get up as soon as they lie down. The various facilities in the room, such as air conditioning, TV, Internet, etc., all operate very steadily, providing me with a good rest and entertainment environment. Especially the network speed, whether it is processing work mail or watching video online, can be kept smooth and unimpeded. In addition, the public area of the hotel has also impressed me. The lobby is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and is a great place for guests to rest and communicate. The swings, paddling pools, leisure areas and other leisure facilities in the courtyard are all available, so that I can also find a good place to relax during my busy schedule. The maintenance of these facilities is also very good, clean and hygienic, making people feel very relieved to use. Overall, the hotel's infrastructure is very complete and intimate. LLoo EeVery convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown.
We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request.
The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

GGuest UserWe chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
