Service: The service attitude of the lobby and parking lot staff is really good. The lobby staff gave me gifts (flowers and cakes) for Women's Day on March 8th. I am very grateful to the lobby staff. Parking lot: Due to the large number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot, Master Yang directed the traffic for us, allowing us to exit the parking lot safely and ensuring our safe travel. The service attitude is really good. Thank you, Master Yang of the parking lot. Thank you, thank you.

XXiamendelaowangVery new business hotel, easy parking lot, free parking, with charging stations. The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

MM273086****Staying two nights in a row in Yan'an was a truly satisfying experience. They offer porridge and small dishes after 9 PM, and breakfast is also excellent. For exploring the city, the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you need to book an hour in advance – a feature that sets them apart from many other hotels. On our second day, the hotel even recommended a great travel agency for a trip to Hukou Waterfall. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

AaqiThe hotel is located in the annex of Baota Mountain, Yan'an City Center Commercial Street. Dinner to Wanda 2nd floor is also very close, the reception desk service is thoughtful and gives us directions. There are two points that suggest that the restaurant dishes are good but the filling is not timely. The customer has a large bathroom wall without a towel rack. We bring our own towel and do not hang it (rarely seen).

MM331143****This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's very clean and upscale, and the breakfast is decent with a good variety. The location is superb, right in the city center. There are two parking lots available. There's also a night market nearby, but it's mostly food stalls and not very exciting. Plus, driving here can be quite congested.

LLoo EeVery convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown.
We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request.
The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this hotel! The rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation; there was no unpleasant odor upon entering. The sheets and duvet covers were disinfected and felt fresh to the touch. The toiletries were of high quality, and the hot water supply was consistent and uninterrupted. The room's soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room service was friendly, the check-out process was quick, and the value for money was exceptional. Definitely worth staying here again!

GGuest UserWe chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
