GGuest UserBring your children to Yan'an for a red education tour and choose this hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. It is located in the city center, next to Qingliang Mountain, close to the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, Zaoyuan, and Yangjialing. It is very convenient to walk to Erdao Street for snacks in a few minutes. The front desk upgraded the room when entering the store, and provided free extended service when checking out. The housekeepers Xiao Zhao and Master Yang are warm and thoughtful, and the service is particularly good. I will continue to choose this hotel when I have the opportunity to come to Yan'an next time.

XXiamendelaowangVery new business hotel, easy parking lot, free parking, with charging stations. The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

GGuest UserThe hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate. The front desk service is very good, and all communications are very smooth. We were upgraded to a new room for free. The room is very new and clean. There are laundry rooms on the second and fourth floors of the hotel, with the same configuration. There are two washing machines and one dryer, which are very new and easy to use. The laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent. The room can see the Yan River and Yan'an No. 5 Middle School opposite, and the scenery is very good. The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is quite rich. There are rice noodles in the open stall, and the fruits are watermelon and cherry tomatoes. The porridge is basically mung bean porridge and red bean porridge every day. The fried rice is delicious, and there are several hot and cold dishes, as well as small cakes and bread. The restaurant opposite the hotel is also very delicious. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. A very perfect hotel, thank you.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the hotel offered a late-night snack and congee, which was a nice touch. They also provide complimentary drinks, and the facilities are pretty good. I'd definitely recommend it! My only minor complaint is that the price is a bit on the high side; they should consider adjusting it to be more competitive with the market.

WWangwangxuebingovoThis is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

GGuest UserI stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like.
Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

GGuest UserWe chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
