"I had really high expectations for Yan'an Hotel, especially since it's on the 'must-stay' list and got 5 stars! From a distance, it looked incredibly grand and impressive!!!
**Facilities:** Does it actually meet a 5-star standard? The facilities are quite old, and the bedding and toiletries are comparable to budget hotels, or even worse quality! Surprisingly, there was a big bathtub. Even though it was already midnight, I felt compelled to use it; otherwise, it wouldn't be worth it and would be a disservice to those five stars.
**Hygiene:** There was hair, but it was too far to complain to the front desk, so I just put up with it!!!
**Environment:** The bedroom was very spacious, primarily for that bathtub. The shower space was only big enough for one person, with no room to adjust the water temperature. The toilet was behind the door, and if you opened the door, you'd hit your head. I really don't understand that design."
