XXiamendelaowangVery new business hotel, easy parking lot, free parking, with charging stations. The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

GGuest UserThis was the best night I slept since I went on this long trip for nearly 10 days! The hostess was very hospitable, and the small cave homestay yard was kept clean. In the afternoon, the hostess took us around the village and dug a basket of wild vegetables. For dinner, we had steamed wild vegetables with rice noodles that we had never tried before. It was not very delicious, but it was a brand new experience. We also went to see the 500-year-old locust tree next to her mother's house. The village was very quiet and warm at night, with hot and cold water. Three meals a day were cooked by the hostess herself, and we also ate freshly baked steamed buns, which felt like home. Tourists who drive to the Yucha Grand Canyon Scenic Area can consider living here.

Service: The service attitude of the lobby and parking lot staff is really good. The lobby staff gave me gifts (flowers and cakes) for Women's Day on March 8th. I am very grateful to the lobby staff. Parking lot: Due to the large number of vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot, Master Yang directed the traffic for us, allowing us to exit the parking lot safely and ensuring our safe travel. The service attitude is really good. Thank you, Master Yang of the parking lot. Thank you, thank you.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent with convenient transportation. The room is quite spacious and clean, perfect for families with children. Free parking is a plus. The bed is very comfortable, with a slightly softer mattress, ensuring a pleasant stay. The front desk staff are all very helpful, proactive, and enthusiastic. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options, and I personally feel it offers great value for money. The service staff are highly professional, which sets it apart from many budget business hotels.

MM273086****Staying two nights in a row in Yan'an was a truly satisfying experience. They offer porridge and small dishes after 9 PM, and breakfast is also excellent. For exploring the city, the hotel provides a shuttle service, but you need to book an hour in advance – a feature that sets them apart from many other hotels. On our second day, the hotel even recommended a great travel agency for a trip to Hukou Waterfall. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel in the local area. It's conveniently located near the train station, boasts well-equipped facilities, and provides top-notch service. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with any questions. There's an on-site restaurant, and convenient parking is available in the backyard. Overall, it's extremely convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Yan'an.

LLoo EeVery convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown.
We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request.
The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token.

SShouyaoEsmeThe room is not big, but it is hygienic and has basic facilities. It is right opposite the train station. It is very convenient to take the train at night. It is better not to ask for a room of 120 a night. However, the air conditioner leaked within an hour after moving in. , all our bags got wet, and we temporarily changed rooms. We only stayed for three hours in total, and then took the train. We temporarily rented a house opposite the train station just to have a good rest. After all this time, why should we rest? . Originally, Ctrip had the right to upgrade the room when booking, but they told us that we could only upgrade to a standard room with a window. We originally booked a room with a window, so what is the upgrade? I'm speechless... I only stayed for three hours, and I didn't bother to talk to them. I just made do with it, but I was not satisfied with the overall service and accommodation.

The shower water is large and hot, the sanitary conditions are good, and the breakfast is also quite good. They are all special snacks from northern Shaanxi, which are very authentic. You can see Pagoda Mountain by opening the curtains of the room you stay in. It is only ten minutes away. It is very convenient to eat in the surrounding areas. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom door cannot be closed, and the bathroom is full of water.
