"The front desk lady sister service is very intimate, I am very afraid of noisy and because there are fewer vacancies on the evening of Valentine's Day, I specially picked a quieter room for me, and the whole service was very patient and picked me for a long time. The room is very clean, the laundry room is fully equipped, and the washing in the room is orange-flavored.
But! Hotel public security management needs to be improved! ! I ran into a drunk man in the elevator in the middle of the night, and I was scared. He didn’t have a card, so he followed me in the elevator. After a while, he slept directly in the corridor, speechless, and then I didn’t rest all night. I don’t know if the air conditioner is still outside or what sound is ticking all night. I didn't sleep well, but fortunately, the security uncle handled it very well. After reflecting with him, he went out for ten minutes and found that the drunk was no longer there. But it is understandable that there is a shopping mall next to the hotel, but it is recommended to strictly review otherwise it is really scary."

GGuest UserEnvironment: It's a genuine cave dwelling. Because it's located in a village, the journey is a bit rustic. The owner called ahead to remind us, which made the experience more enjoyable and allowed us to appreciate the natural beauty.
Hygiene: It can't compare to a hotel. Being right outside the door, it's dusty and there are bound to be some insects. Those with a strong aversion to dirt should be cautious and avoid this option.
Facilities: The owner has done a great job. Everything you need is there, showing care and attention: smart controls, TV stand adjustment, fresh air system…
Service: A big thumbs up to the owner – a man of few words but decisive action, clear thinking, and strong execution. No wasted words, just keeping his word. After seeing so many insincere smiles and empty pleasantries from the service industry on the road, this owner is a breath of fresh air. Wishing him booming business and all the best!

Yan'an is relatively cool, so I opened the windows for ventilation and didn't turn on the air conditioner for two days. The front desk service is particularly good and there is a washing machine for use. It is convenient to take public transportation, and there are restaurants, cake shops and Mixue Ice City nearby. I will consider staying here if I go to Yan'an again in the future.

EEvenBefore coming here, I had high expectations for this cave house, and I was a little worried. After I checked in, I found that my worries were all unnecessary. It was really good! I had a great stay! 😄
About location and parking🏡: This homestay has an excellent location, very close to the scenic area, and it is just a short walk to the ticket office of Ganquan Grand Canyon. Parking🅿️ is also very convenient.
About facilities and hygiene🛏️: The room is spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. There is an electric heater in the room, and there is hot water for washing hands. It is not cold at all. The bed and bedding are very clean. As soon as you enter the yard, you can see the neatly dried sheets and quilts the day before. When we came back from the scenic area at noon, we saw a row of sheets and quilts that we changed. It really achieved one-to-one replacement for one guest.
About communication and service🧒🏻: The boss is a very friendly girl, who is enthusiastic and happy. She took the initiative to help us book cheap tickets and send breakfast, and also helped us save the cost of parking in the scenic area. Every service sister in the homestay is very kind and simple, and she will respond to any request.
Finally, I want to say that I booked this trip very early. After the accommodation price was overcharged, Ctrip took the initiative to contact me and helped me make up the difference, so that I did not miss such a good homestay. Thank you Ctrip for its service!
