在延安出差的時候經常住這個酒店，在二道街夜市附近附近的交通還是挺方便的，屬於在延安的中心地段，酒店整體氛圍還是挺好的，前台都比較熱情，貼心的給我們升級了房間，房間衞生環境各方面都做的不錯，最起碼看着特別乾淨，特別舒適。附近的二道街有很多美食，推薦大家入住。在酒店遺留了一個電腦充電器，給我們及時的尋找，特別感謝。下次還會來住的

凌晨外賣不見了，怎麼都聯繫不到前台，有啥事還得找平台！到了白天前台告訴我説被偷了，不滿意處理結果，讓負責人聯繫我，遲遲等不到！凌晨外面有人來回在走廊徘徊，保安難道不巡查嘛？ 請貴酒店不要每次都給我意外驚喜！！！！

淺淺的説下我對這個酒店的實時看法吧。22年的時候因為工作原因，我在這家住過很久，那時候延安整體酒店環境都不怎麼樣，睿恩算是頭羊的存在，不論環境還是態度，都很深得我心。但是僅僅兩年時間，不但沒有創新，而且落後的不成樣子，環境，衞生，服務，整體不盡人意，先從環境來講，從剛開始的布草開始，拳頭大的油點污漬，試問到底是客房的原因還是老闆衹圖省錢。對於這種事，還是保持念舊的情懷不予計較。衹是贍養寵物這件事真的是受不了。接着就是無故停電，相信大家不管再有多好的心情，都會被這些瑣事搞壞掉吧，然後從價格方面來評判，290的價格真的有點宰客的感覺。自我感覺，在紅色革基地，不該這樣對待住客，真心希望能認真聽取意見，整改，改進。謝謝！
