前台的美女小張每次出去玩、回來休息都熱情的打招呼；正趕上四月初八，人流較多，保安楊師傅為我們提行李，每次出去都會提醒注意安全。周到細緻的服務使我們感受到了延安精神，推薦入住。

我們是老兩口出遊，酒店位置很好，在中心地段，出門就是清涼山，距離寶塔山也很近，很方便。房間很乾凈，室內無異味，香香的，大床很舒服，有家的感覺，房間整體佈局合理，酒店還給配了，咖啡和紅茶，有咖啡杯和茶具。我們是12號中午到的，前台小姑娘（忘了問姓什麼了，個子高高的）和負責停車場的楊師傅很熱情，幫着拿行李箱，還給送到電梯口，我們到的時候還沒有吃午飯，前台小姑娘給推薦了旁邊得麪館，很好吃，也很實惠。退房時，前台的小楊姑娘也很負責的告訴你，提醒東西都帶好，停車場楊師傅，很熱情得幫助指揮車輛。另外，酒店早餐很好，有煮雞蛋和煎雞蛋，總之，中西餐都有，方便了眾多口味。非常推薦入住。（房間照片忘啦照了，但是，很好，我本人是很挑剔的。）

衞生：不錯，每天都收拾的很乾凈，床上有自己的私人物品保潔阿姨不會動，留了小紙條回房間瞭如果需要收拾床鋪可以喊她，這點很好，不會亂動客人的東西。
環境：周圍環境還是不錯的，地理位置好，裝修也可以，淋浴房可以再增加一點置物架就好了。
服務：服務很貼心啊，入住的時候前台小李看見當天是小孩生日，晚上吃完飯回酒店的時候還給孩子送了玩具，很驚喜。安保楊師傅每次看見我們需要動車都很快的幫我們拿車位擋牌，開門拿箱子什麼的，看見我們需要扔垃圾也會主動上前幫我們扔。其他服務員也很熱情，服務比較周到
設施：洗澡水温不穩定，這個要是改善了就更好了。
早餐也不錯，就算小孩需要帶一點食物出去中午在景點吃也會很爽快的答應，不會像有些酒店一點也不準外帶。

很感謝酒店前廳部給我們做了房型免費升級，到店時間比較晚了，前台貼心的給預留了不臨街靠內的房間。給了我們很優質的睡眠！酒店的早餐搭配合理，營養均衡，十分豐盛。我們在酒店充分休息好後便開始了我們的特種兵旅遊，酒店店長文經理給我們推薦了很多地方特色美食，尤其是他推薦的燒烤，非常好吃，感謝酒店全體員工的熱情服務，讓我們感受到了陝北人的好客，下次有機會還會選擇入住東聖酒店！

這家酒店總體還可以，位置不錯，隔着窗户就能看到寶塔山，前台兩位女士服務熱情，多次為我們出入打開大堂門，還幫我們把拉桿箱等物品送到六樓。還有停車場的楊師傅太熱情了，看到我們主動引導停車併為我們提送行李到電梯口，讓我們感到了延安人的熱情。
