地處金延安文化區，古色古香，很有特色。尤其是酒店歡迎水果，給人以温馨的感覺。假期最後兩天去，遊客不多，店家給免費升了房，體驗感很好。

在金延安文創園區裏面，環境很美，下雨天別有一番風味。民宿有自帶的免費停車場，很方便。房間大，乾淨、温馨。早餐很好吃，小侄子吃了不少。離棗園、楊家嶺等景區近。

特別誇讚一下前台小姐姐，免費升級房間。還專門把我們送去房間。服務特別到位。酒店環境也很好，夜景很漂亮，吃飯也很方便，下次還會去。

床睡得舒服，也挺安靜。早餐也可以，味道不錯。送了酸奶水果。周圍有咖啡館和新華書店可以逛，還有美食街。晚上夜景不錯。美中不足，洗澡水不夠熱，國慶這幾天的天氣晚上洗澡還是有點冷，希望改善。

真的一言難盡，住的複式家庭房，説真的我第一次住這麼反人類的房間，二樓你要做衞生間就做個帶門的，正對樓梯就是馬桶和盥洗池，關鍵是開放式的，跟床一牆之隔，牆還是1米的牆，這種場面自行腦補，上面上廁所，下面的人站在床邊一目瞭然，簡直了。馬桶是半自動，除了桶圈加熱，其他手動，而且馬桶上的燈在夜間完全取代了夜等，整個二層在全部熄燈的狀態下依然很亮，完全無法入睡，還伴隨着很大的心理陰影。住的房間是挨着電梯的，那個動靜，此處省略一萬字，大家自行腦補！這個季節有蟲子能理解，但是晚上從你頭頂飛過還碰到牆上是種什麼體驗！並且這個蟲子不是蚊子不是蒼蠅，難為了我娃的姥姥姥爺，二半夜打蟲子（因為我跟娃都怕蟲）！住過那麼多酒店，此處確實很差的住宿體驗，900多的價格，早餐吃飯啥啥沒有跟打仗一樣！我衹能用唉字來表達我此刻的心情！
