環境絕贊！房間也不錯，早餐很好吃。提前一天預約了送機服務，第二天前台和司機非常負責任地提醒早點出發，很棒！

非常安靜漂亮的度假酒店，孩子喂孔雀，喂兔子，玩的非常開心，早上的自助餐種類也很多，味道也很不錯，坐落在山間～

酒店的建築很有特色，想在這裏好好休息。沒想到槽點接二連三:先説入住，偌大的酒店入住衹有一個服務員，告訴我們客房在另外一棟樓，指引一條路，我們拎着兩個箱子，上上下下幾十個台階，沒有任何服務。其次説説餐飲，晚餐在酒店餐廳，味道不錯，但是燈光特別暗，早餐9點鐘就結束了，這對度假休息的客人實在不友好。客房設施細節很糟糕，衞生間總有股怪味道，馬桶是堵的，淋雨房下水很慢。最離譜的是，當我們早晨向酒店反映馬桶問題，沒有得到任何的抱歉，説給我們換個房間，想到中間各種不方便，我們請安排服務員來協助換房，得到的回答是“酒店今天有婚宴，服務員少的很”，真的無語了。
最後還有個槽點，退房後打車，幾乎用遍所有的軟件，快1個小時沒有一輛車，請前台協助叫車，回答依舊是我們也沒辦法。
憑良心講，酒店的建築是花了心思，看得出也花了不少錢，但是，其他的完全沒跟上呀，服務設施的細節和服務的意識差的太遠了。
非常遺憾的一次體驗。
