"The service is very ok! The front desk has an excellent attitude, answers all questions, and is very efficient. The lobby is very grand and solemn. I asked the front desk how many stars? The front desk said it had no stars and was a state guesthouse. It has a really decent feel, completely different from the international star chains. During the National Day holiday, the room rate is very touching if you book early! ! ! Basically, it receives foreign tourists, mostly government officials and relatively few individual tourists. The hotel's internal facilities are also great, with a supermarket and a barber shop, and the supermarket is even open 24 hours a day. The room decoration is very business-like and state-owned, but it is very clean. Except for the lack of sound insulation in the corridor, everything else is good. The amount of water in the shower is so huge and refreshing! Next time my friends come to Yan'an, I will definitely recommend it to them. Just a few steps across the street is the Erdao Street Night Market, which is very lively! Walk about 800 meters and you can see the light show pagoda. But there's nothing special about it. "Health is very good. The location is very good, just next to the train station. The waiter at the front desk in the lobby is very good and has questions. The elevator is old. The hotel's disposable supplies are insufficiently equipped, and the paper is about 20 pieces per day. I have mentioned no improvement to the front desk and the cleaning aunt. "Firstly, I've always thought Wanda's overall construction standards are consistently high, from the hard furnishings to the soft furnishings. However, the operation of this Wanda in Yan'an was truly a huge disappointment. 1. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very pretty and, with her child, arranged a quiet floor for me. The system indicated the room was already cleaned. When we entered the room, it was a mess, as if they were cleaning. We went downstairs to talk to the receptionist, and the staff were very friendly. They even contacted a staff member to check the room they had been given earlier. 2. We chose this hotel because it has its own garden where we could walk along the lake. The children kept saying the hotel's garden looked old and dilapidated. We didn't want to go, but with a ”let's give it a try” attitude, we looked around and found all the gates to the garden locked. 3. We comforted each other, saying we were only staying one night. But the breakfast gave us another surprise. I haven't seen a hotel without a coffee machine in years. I usually only consider the quality of the coffee beans a hotel provides, never the sloppy, perfunctory coffee. As for breakfast, well, I never waste food; I just looked around, ate a bowl of noodles, and left quickly. However, I'm very grateful to the restaurant manager, who knew I needed coffee and got me a cup from the restaurant next door – that was the only consolation. I have to say, hotels costing 700-800 yuan a night don't have the same operational awareness as Atour; they're wasting such a high-quality hotel building."

The bathrooms are clean and hygienic, with no odors or sewage backflow issues. Hygiene: Excellent. The towels are new, clean, and soft. The bedding is also very skin-friendly, especially the pillows, which are the perfect height—perfect for those with cervical spondylosis. Environment: Superb. Built against the mountainside, surrounded by green hills, the air is fresh, making it a perfect summer retreat. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but you almost only need to turn on the ceiling fan. Service: Five-star service, especially from Ms. Chen Xueyan at the front desk. Her service attitude was top-notch—gentle, patient, and proactively helping to plan travel routes, understanding customer needs, and enthusiastically resolving them. The beautiful and kind Ms. Chen left a deep and wonderful impression on our family's trip to Yan'an. Finally, I want to clarify that I am not a shill; I am just an ordinary tourist with a strong sense of patriotism. Choosing this hotel was unintentional, but it unexpectedly became my happiest and most enjoyable experience. A truly worthwhile trip. "For my business trip to Yan'an, I specifically chose the Lavande Hotel, which is very close to the train station. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, which far exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a shout-out! The hotel was about a ten-minute walk from the train station. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, I was drawn to its simple yet elegant exterior. Entering the lobby, the signature lavender scent instantly dispelled travel fatigue and warmed my heart. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. They proactively helped me with my luggage and thoughtfully offered me warm lemon water and disinfectant wipes. Check-in was quick and efficient; they patiently explained the hotel's facilities, locations, and recommended nearby restaurants – their attention to detail truly touched me. Stepping into the room was even more delightful. The room was decorated warmly and elegantly, with warm colors and soft lighting, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. What surprised me most was the smart technology; I could control the electric curtains, lights, and air conditioning with voice commands from the bed – so convenient! The bedding was superb, the mattress was perfectly firm, and the light comforter made me feel right at home. Even though I'm sensitive to new beds, I slept soundly through the night – a perfect night's sleep! The cleanliness was impeccable. Every corner of the room was spotless; the tabletops and floors were immaculate. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation; the sink was completely dry, and even the shower curtain was fresh and odorless. The toiletries were Lavande's exclusive lavender line, with a fresh and natural scent that felt wonderful. The hotel's location is a huge plus. It's close to the train station, making it convenient for visiting tourist attractions. There are also many local eateries and convenience stores nearby, so getting around and finding places to eat is easy. Upon check-out, the staff even proactively asked about my stay and gave me a small gift – such a thoughtful touch! This stay was truly fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all impeccable. I'll definitely choose Lavande Hotel again next time I'm in Yan'an and will recommend it to my friends!"

"On the last day of the Yan'an trip, in order to relieve the fatigue along the way, I specially booked this hotel, which is known as the best in Yan'an. From the hotel scale to the hardware and software facilities and the front desk service, it is really very good. Especially the front desk lady, who is responsive to every request, especially praise 👍👍 When checking in, I confirmed again that only the king-size bed room has a bathtub. Because I have been walking around for two days, my back and legs are sore and swollen. I want to take a bath to relax, so I asked if I could change a standard room to a king-size bed, and I hope that several rooms can be together to facilitate the care of the elderly and children. The lady arranged it very quickly and personally arranged welcome fruits, which was very in place. The hotel's mineral water supply is not only doubled in the room, but also available in the elevator room. This is very considerate for tourists who are not very adaptable to the dry climate in northern Shaanxi. The breakfast is good overall, but there are not many varieties. The only bread sandwiches for breakfast are butter, jam, nuts and raisins. There is a lack of meat such as bacon and ham. There is only one sausage in the whole breakfast that is a pure meat product, which is a bit lacking. The children didn't eat the small cakes at the seafood buffet the night before, so they thought they would eat it in the morning, but they didn't expect that there was no breakfast at all😔😔 For the hotel facilities, I personally think there are still some suggestions for improvement: 1. The bath water temperature is low, the shower is OK, but the bath is not enough. It is recommended to increase it appropriately and let the guests adjust it by themselves. The temperature changes greatly in spring. Although it was more than 30 degrees in the previous few days, it dropped below 10 degrees on the night we arrived. With such a large temperature difference, the water temperature should also be adjusted in time. 2. There are not enough facilities for placing clean clothes around the bathtub. There are hooks on the wall of the bathroom in the standard king-size bed room, which is very humane, but there is only a stool next to the bathtub in the suite, and the wall tiles on the side are still very rough, which is not very convenient. And the hotel does not provide disposable bathtub covers, which is a bit regrettable. After all, now all Jiangsu and Zhejiang homestays with bathtubs will provide them. It is recommended to add them, especially for super large bathtubs. Generally, you will not buy such a large bathtub cover if you bring your own😂😂 3. The trash can is not covered with disposable trash bags, which puts higher requirements on the work of the housekeeping staff. Once the holiday, it will be a bit too busy and there will be omissions. Generally speaking, the hotel is very good. I didn't have time to walk around and swim this time, but I will choose it again next time."
