給長者單獨訂的一間房，窯洞特色。有車比較方便，沒車就算了。就是住的人太少，感覺酒店都浪費了這麼好的設施。

酒店自身環境不錯，建築蠻有當地風貌。估計是旅遊淡季的緣故，散客不多，幾乎獨享整棟貴賓樓。工作人員服務態度很好，做到了有求必應。早餐品種多樣，有不少陝西特色美食和小吃。餐廳主管和客房服務人員都很熱情。另外，院子裏的孔雀不少，能近距離接觸和觀賞。酒店夜景燈光效果不錯，可以惜飛不了無人機無法共享美景。

這是一家五星酒店，沒想到設施有點粗糙。水龍頭正常打開就飛濺，弄的一身水，很無語。入住這家酒店是我們人生的第一次包酒店，當天除了我們，竟沒有一個客人入住，但是酒店人員服務是好的

非常非常非常適合帶娃來玩，環境好，拍照很出片，服務也很好，有一個細節：我們去餐廳吃飯的時候寶寶拉臭了，我們的濕巾紙在車上沒有拿下來，問服務員有沒有，服務員説幫我們去拿，拿過來的是加熱過的濕巾紙！！真的超級細節。很棒，要安利給朋友同事

挺好的入住體驗，去的時候客人不是很多，給我免費升級房型，服務很貼心，飯菜可送到房間，房間挺安靜，落地窗，能看外面風景。餐廳的飯菜做的非常好，南方大廚水平
