Great hotel. Great location and very friendly staff who organized a private boat tour for us, which I can highly recommend. Breakfast was so-so. View from the room was wonderful and very quiet. Great onsen. Very good value for money.

The hotel is surrounded by water on three sides, so it is very convenient to go on a cruise. The room is clean and tidy. The room we booked does not have a bathroom, but the hot spring is great. It is open-air and will not feel stuffy. Please bring your own bath towel😅😅
The amazing thing is that after the hot springs in the evening, small noodles are provided for free. There are three flavors. We caught up with the white sesame flavor, which is very rich. The children said it is so delicious. The supply ends at 10:30, but the waiting people will not be allowed. Disappoin**ent will be shared🥰.
When traveling with children, you need to pay extra for bedding and hot spring breakfast, which is 9,000 yen for two children.
The front desk service is very good, but there may be difficulties in English communication. The little brother can use translation software to help👏👏
There is a Tachibana hand-made udon restaurant not far away. It is probably a time-honored restaurant with a lot of locals. The taste is great, but it is a bit expensive😅

This is an old-fashioned hotel with traditional Japanese-style rooms. The facilities are a bit old, but quite clean. The room has a beautiful view, and you can see the natural scenery beside Yanagawa River. After soaking in the hot springs in the evening, you can eat free ramen. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. Breakfast and dinner are all local specialties, which taste good.
