The room air-conditioning is a bit too warm. We can't sleep well there. Other than that overall is good. Very convenient location. Is very near to the Yanagawa Station. You can see the Yanagawa Station when you standing at the main entrance of the hotel. There got Lawson in 3 mins walking distance. The hotel dinner is excellent. As the pictures shown. It's looks nicely and delicious as well, and the portions is making us satisfying too. We are too rushing and we forgot to take pictures for the hotel breakfast.

They had problems with my booking because of their internet , it took more than 10 minutes to sort out my booking . Staying in the hotel is the worst Wi-Fi ever in all my stay in any hotel , it was on and off , eventually I was so fed up I just switch the Wi-Fi off ! Their fake spa which I tried was so bad because it stink of bleach like swimming pool , I had to leave in less than a minute! I would say this hotel is the worst experience stay!

The hotel is right outside Yanagawa Station. Although I drove there myself, I still found the station quite convenient. There are many restaurants around. Yanagawa is called the Venice of Kyushu. The environment is beautiful and quiet, and natural food is indispensable. Eel rice. The hotel is cheap, and there is also a buffet breakfast and a large bath. It is a place you can go again.

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and the location was great as it was right in front of the station. We had a rental car, so it was even better because there was free parking. Above all, the breakfast was so hearty, delicious, and better than expected. Next time I travel around here, I would like to stay at this hotel. A slight odor rising from the bathroom is a sign of jade.

I stayed in Room 301. When I turned on the breeze air-conditioning at first, I felt a little hot. When I turned on the air-conditioning, a strong sour smell immediately blew out and it lingered for a long time. I wanted to change rooms, but I had already opened the suitcase and took away the belongings. After I used it, the smell faded after 5 minutes of blowing. After half an hour, there seemed to be no smell. However, the smell came back again in the middle of the night. I suspect that the room has not been used for a long time, and that it was not cleaned before we checked in. In addition, the hot water boiler was broken and would not stop automatically after the water boiled. The water had already dried up when it was discovered. If it was not discovered, a fire might occur.

The location is great, because it gets dark when we get to Yanagawa, so I choose one that's close to the station. It's really close, just go down the east exit stairs. The room is very clean and well-equipped. Dinner is open until 9pm, and you can pay at the front desk. Breakfast ends at nine o'clock the next day. Suitcases can be stored for later travel. In addition, you can take a boat trip to Yanagawa at the station. The shuttle bus is right in front of the station. It only takes a few minutes to walk there and recognize the way. The boat boarding point is at the entrance of Miki Shrine.

Easy access in front of Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station. Yume Mall is a 5-6 minute walk away, which is very convenient as it has a large supermarket, 100 yen shop, bookstore, Uniqlo, Muji, and other restaurants. In addition to the large public bath, I felt that the cost performance was very good with a reasonably fulfilling breakfast.

We went there too late and had to take a dip by ourselves. The hotel room is relatively large. It is not difficult to open two 28-inch suitcases. The hygiene level is satisfactory.
