非常不滿意：
1.預訂下午兩點入住，到店後才告知上一位顧客三點才能退房，退房後打掃還要時間。沒這接待能力，就不要放房源；
2.寬帶及電視網絡很卡，電視放一會停一會，根本看不了直播；
3.一大早7點左右就有電鑽的聲音，吵醒後根本睡不着
