開元名都度假酒店的服務熱情周到，讓我感到賓至如歸，在這裏的每一次入住都讓我感受到對客人的尊重和真誠關懷。在前台小薛王莉那辦的入住，拿了個地圖快速跟我們講了早餐地點房間位置，還有表演時間，問我們開沒開車來，幫忙登記免停車費，我們住的頤居房間，房間採光很好，房間離主樓也很近，這邊的設施設備一應俱全，環境優雅，景區內很大。酒店的房間都散落在整個景區裏，早上起來想要健身的話，主樓還有專門的健身房供我們使用，健身器材也是樣樣都有，這個景區跟烏鎮差不多，風景很獨特，晚上的夜景很美，表演也很豐富，燈光秀等都有很多人去觀光。節假日又多出一種表演也非常的不錯

週末和老公去東晉水城遊玩，訂了酒店的套票。先電話了前台詢問停車情況，前台小姐姐態度很好，告知了操作流程。到達景點外停好車就去前台辦理了入住，前台陶正庭小姐姐（小妹妹）接待了我們，態度超級棒，幫我們升級了房間，交待好了入住事宜，還拿出小地圖告訴了我們住所的位置，讓我們有問題就聯繫她。我們住的是房間的分散房間，在一個小院子裏，很有特色。房間很乾凈、舒適，送了一份水果。早餐是在酒店正樓一樓，東西很多，味道不錯。東晉水城有點像烏鎮，春末夏初的時候環境真的太棒了，到處都是花花草草，景區人並不太多，白天和夜遊都很愜意，還能溜達到隔壁濕地公園去，很棒的一次出遊！

很開心入住大縱湖東晉水城開元度假酒店，晚上來辦的入住，先打了個電話給前台，前台讓司機過來接我們景區的，訂的頤居的豪華大房間，酒店在景區內，坐的接駁車到的酒店大堂，大堂古典文雅，大堂中間是一個酒店模型，上方四周擺的巨大的一幅富春山居圖，前台小薛辦理的入住，問了我們開沒開車來，幫我們免費登記了車牌，讓我們拍了演出時間表，給我們在地圖上畫了演出地點還有時間，由於來的晚了沒來得及看演出，但總體很不錯，早餐也告知我們在主樓一樓吃，吃完我們也到處打卡了一下子，發現這裏也很有意思，房間乾淨舒適面積很大很寬敞帶有小浴缸，很不錯呢，我們住在建安大街上，遇到的服務人員也會微笑打招呼，讓人感覺很親切，白天大街上的表演也很精彩，就是下午有點曬，夜景也是非常棒的，節假日來往往人很多很熱鬧，退房的時候讓前台幫我們叫了接駁車，態度依然很親切温和，很專業的，下次再來

前台小薛辦理的入住，讓我們拍了演出時間表，給我們在地圖上畫了演出地點還有時間，早餐也告知我們在主樓一樓吃，前台王莉也送了小玩具給小孩。
優點1房間面積可以，安靜，適合度假。2酒店早餐種類豐富3景區環境不錯，夜景好。4酒店配套多，有小童樂園等5服務不錯6酒店裝修很好，有一定品味。
缺點1圈的演出地點錯誤，滿江紅在宋街，不好找。2早餐衞生可能有問題，後來連續拉肚十次。

這次入住大縱湖東晉水城開元酒店體驗太好了，必須要點評一下。首先是酒店服務太好了，早早加了前台小陶微信，服務前置，還沒住酒店就已經提供了熱情的服務，對我的微信詢問也是立即回覆，房間幫我免費做了升級，入住退房有專車接送，酒店員工都很有禮貌，見面很熱情的打招呼。我們到的有點晚，下車進到房間，一路都留好了燈，客房裡的設施一應俱全，相當高端，尤其床非常舒服，還有浴缸可以泡個熱水澡，房間的電卡也是提前插好，水果備好，進房間的感覺是温暖的，房間提供了防蚊用品，很貼心。其次是整體環境和硬件設施，簡直無可挑剔。喜歡江南水鄉意境的朋友會很喜歡這家4A級景點，酒店的住宿環境很獨特，酒店裝修很新，佈局合理，白天晚上的景緻各有不同。景區表演很多，晚上還有燈光秀、水秀表演等。酒店生態環境比較好，休閑遊、慢生活的人羣應該會很喜歡的，晚上散步、早晨晨練也是極好的。景區內很多商鋪都開着，園裡遊客很多，還有兩條小吃街很熱鬧。再説早餐，不僅服務好，中餐西餐品類齊全，沒細數。總體來説，對應這樣的價格，這裏的硬件條件加服務是超值的，主樓有健身房，小童樂園，休閑書吧等。尤其適合家庭來這裏小住幾日，電瓶觀光車24h等候，下雨天外出辦事，回來晚了都無礙，一個電話服務到位（車子大，住宿區域巷子裏不能穿梭，住客衹能自己走到主幹道上哦）。酒店位置就在鹽城大縱湖東晉水城景區裏面，距離鹽城開車大概一小時到達。自駕遊很方便，前台小姐姐會幫忙登記車牌，免停車費哦！旁邊還有個大縱湖景區，步行便可到達，我們還去看了鴻雁放飛，鸚鵡表演。酒店周邊還有個泰州市興化市，興化的早茶很出名的。酒店衞生打掃的非常乾淨，衞生間的鏡子也都擦的很亮。酒店整體裝修氣派，裝飾很精緻，一進大堂就感覺很有檔次，不愧是五星級豪華酒店。有時間還會再次入住！
