入住前一天值班經理Alice就電話聯繫詢問到達時間和需求，第二天入住很快速的辦理好了值班經理也有接待我們，這次是結婚接親的房間，大套房的視野很好，很出片，婚禮辦的十分順利，下次如果有其他需要好久繼續選擇這家的。

抵店前值班經理Alice就電話聯繫我詢問抵店時間，四個房間非常快速的就辦理好入住，入住當天更是提前幫我檢查好房間還贈送了水果，入住後又幫我預約了中餐廳的包廂，中餐廳的菜品和服務都很好，整個入住體驗感受到酒店工作人員的熱情貼心，安排的十分滿意。下次還會繼續選擇
