It's a true journey through time, an enchan**ent that takes you to a ship from the year 1920. Several original details, such as a clock, the minibar inside a barrel, the bluetooth speaker that imitates a record player, all the leather furniture. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it, without a doubt, it was a beautiful experience. The only point of the location is at night, as there is a night market that doesn't seem so safe and, despite being vintage, some small details lack maintenance such as the carpet in the room, for example

I stayed for a 3-day weekend in October 2023. After checking in, we had an afternoon tea set at the onboard restaurant. It was luxurious, but the taste was local. I was hoping that it would be arranged in a more Western style. We had dinner at the restaurant on the ship, and it was busy. There was also a live band playing. I feel like the breakfast buffet is a little unsatisfactory. We chose the room facing the river, so we could see the sunset and sunrise beautifully. The restaurant was above the room, so there was a lot of noise, but late at night it was quiet and comfortable.

Now, let me start with correction. I haven't been to this hotel since February 2017, and I couldn't believe that the recent reviews were about the same place my three colleagues and I stayed in for two weeks in 2017. Has it deteriorated so much? Back then, it was brilliant in every respect, made all the more so by the charm, by the luxury, by the 'yacht' motif, and by the charm of its staff. It was, surprisingly, one of the highlights of our trip - and we were experienced professional travelers. Normally, I do not wax lyrical about hotels, because they are generally very dull places trying to make themselves into something they are not. Indeed, I'd chosen it not for all the overblown self-adulation, but because it was so inexpensive as to be considered cheap. What did we find? A Vintage vibe, Luxury everywhere in an old English vibe, and a "we're stayed on a yacht" memory.

If the "vintage" experience you're looking for includes crappy air con, broken shower, and absolutely horrible customer service (I heard them making fun and laughing about my demands to change my room because of non-working air conditioning), then this is the place for you. There are other better choices out there. Sunrise and sunset view is not worth the trouble.

The service here is better than expected. Some of the staff are very welcoming. I really like the location and decoration of the room, with the river view. The room is very soundproofed. However, there are some problems with WIFI, and I often regret that it automatically disconnects after hanging up the phone. There are only a few TV channels to choose from. If you come by car, you will have to pay a fee every time you enter, about USD 0.3. The entrance fee is not collected by the hotel, but is required by the government.

Very Pathetic experience.................. with the worst service and hospitality. The behavior and attitude of Ms. Helen manager were absolutely cold, it looks like doesn't care, and looks like the staff working under pressure.........
