When I checked in that night, I was given the wrong WIFI password. I was asked to wait in the lobby while I went to the front desk to change it. The air conditioning in the lobby was very weak and I was sweating like rain.
An hour later, I was told that there was no way and I couldn’t use wifi that night.
The next day, there was no air conditioning in the breakfast room.
I knew that Myanmar at the moment could be described as scorching hot.

1. There is no safe. I have to request for it.
2. Breakfast choice is limited. Only Myanmar breakfast and bread with butter & jam.
3. The hotel looks old.
4. The opposite room is under renovation and hence very noisy in the day.

I use this hotel every year.
It's located near Lake Kandachi, so it's in a good location.
It's good value for money, and if you're just looking to sleep, it's more than enough.
The air conditioner works well.
There are frequent power outages, but they are restored quickly.
The showers have hot water.
Breakfast is included, but you can also go out to eat (the photo shows the view from the breakfast area).
There is security at the entrance, so it's safe.

There are very few styles to choose from for breakfast, and the number of coffee cups is limited. You have to wait until other customers have finished using it and cleaned it before the cups are available. Food labeling is unclear and unacceptable.

Not bad, not many people staying, good service. The lake view room is nice, you can see the whole lake and Shwedagon Pagoda, the restaurant and bar are on the ninth floor, the view is clearer
