After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

Perfect location to stay in Pan Pacific Yangon For me, Not the first time i had a great review for this hotel. I had been here several times as it's really the best hotel. Hotel room is cleanliness and comfy bed. And I was really enjoyed buffet breakfast, also I love to sit the bar to chill with my love one. All staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel besides really good locations. You will see a lovely Church from swimming pool and nice to relaxing. Highly recommended to all business and vacation travelers. This hotel seemed brand new. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Everything was sparkling clean, the blue velvet couches in the room looked like no one had sat on them before. Very gutsy of the designer to choose this color/material combination for couches in a hotel room. I’m afraid it’ll take one lousy guest and they won’t look as new anymore :-P Anyway, I enjoyed the elegance of the place through and through.. and for this price! You won’t find anywhere else in the world. I’d say this is Four Seasons quality, for which I’m used to paying 3-4 times more. The air-conditioning is superb. It keeps the temperature and air circulation exactly how you want it without the noise. In too many hotel rooms the AC blows on your face when you’re sleeping, not this one. You don’t see it or hear it, yet it’s chill and effective, which is exactly how you want it. The shower pressure is good, and the temperature is easy to navigate. I prefer the handheld that can be placed on a specific level on the wall, I find rain showers too wasteful, nevertheless it’s there. The toiletries are plentiful and conveniently come in pump containers. There’s shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and a soap bar. The room slippers are comfortable and pillowy, the bathrobes are light cotton fabric. Drinking water is complimentary, and provided in four 500ml glass bottles, replenished daily. There’s a small gym right by the spa, but it has all the essentials: 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer, a mat, and a dumbbell set starting at 2kg going to 20kg. I was the only one there all three times that I used it. The breakfast portion is on the smaller size. If you order the eggs Benedict it comes with 2 small eggs on white toast, and small pieces of smoked salmon. The sides include a jar of fruit salad, yogurt, and a bread basket. The cappuccino is really good. If you have a reason to visit Yangon, this is a must-stay.

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. Amazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

Staff were friendly and helped us a lot. We mentioned when we booked the room that we were going for our honeymoon. The hotel immediately upgraded our room, upgraded our standard room without windows to a luxurious balcony room, and the view of the Ruiguang Shwedagon Pagoda from the balcony. They even prepared roses in bed and bathroom. Another thing that surprised me was that when we finished the view and returned to the room, we found the hotel sent us a beautiful cake and a postcard full of blessings. I was very impressed by their care and service to customers. In addition, the breakfast buffet they offer is very rich and delicious.

HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am.
