To be honest, I was a little unsure after reading the reviews before coming here, but I was pleasantly surprised after coming here. The staff I met during my stay, whether it was the hotel front desk, room service, restaurant staff or pool lifeguards, were very warm and friendly and took the initiative to help. The hotel has a great view, and the afternoon tea and breakfast tasted good. The stay experience was perfect. Special thanks to Miss YOYO from the hotel's tourism department. I booked the osprey night fishing activity at the hotel and helped solve the vehicle problem for the return trip during the National Day, so that our family could travel smoothly. Thank you very much! I will choose this place next time I come to Yangshuo!

Very new hotel... arrived at the hotel at 10pm! The next morning, I got up, opened the curtains, and walked to the balcony... all I could see were rolling hills... it was so beautiful! The room came with a travel photography card, which gave us 5 free photos. Since the photographer Xiao Luo took good photos, was very dedicated and patient, and took great pains to tease my brother to take photos, we selected another 14 photos! Thanks to Xiao Luo for making our trip to Yangshuo very memorable!

The hotel is very beautiful. There is a view at every step. The room is also very large and spacious. When I checked in, the guy helped me upgrade to a courtyard family room. It is very convenient to walk to the swimming pool from the courtyard. The only drawback is that there are not many varieties of breakfast. The restaurant is not very big.

I called the service desk before going out in the morning, but found that it was not added in the evening~ I called the front desk a second time to add it; for example, when I returned to the room after swimming, the floor was a little wet, so I called to get a mop, and the first mop was very dirty. The next day, I specifically asked to get a cleaner mop, and the one I got was very clean. So it’s not that the service is not good (I saw some complaints before), but the service still needs more training and more running-in. Most of the waiters will still greet me enthusiastically ~ show me the way ~ teach me how to use the washing machine ~ Li Hongping was very patient and meticulous when checking me in👍 [Hotel Travel Photography] The photographer Su Mu was very patient ~ the photos were also very good😊 [Other highlights] The hotel looks at the river and mountains opposite at night ~ there is a hazy and dreamy feeling ~ "Smoke shrouds the cold water and the moon shrouds the sand" popped up in my mind ~ it became concrete😁 There is a screen movie by the swimming pool at night. What amazed me most was that at night, when the lights hit the rock on the mountain, it would change into many patterns. I took a picture of the hotel logo ~ This design is very thoughtful💓 [Finally] There is a small horse farm across the river. Those who are interested can cross the river to ride horses (unfortunately my child is not interested😮💨) When I was swimming or walking, I would see the horses running, drinking water, and eating grass on the opposite side. I also saw a horse🐎 rolling on the grass🤓🤓It seems that the owner of the horse farm has raised the horses🐎 children well~ I envy the horses' lives: they have food, water, places to stroll, and they also have work☺️The key work location is right at the doorstep, the work intensity is not high, and there is a lot of time to slack off😏😏

The hotel was newly opened in the first half of this year. The facilities are very new and comfortable. The environment is close to mountains and rivers. It has its own infinity swimming pool. Across the river from the swimming pool is the racecourse. The viewing platform on the third floor can see the scenery of 20 yuan (but the perspective no the same). The hotel is in Xingping, which is nearly 30km away from Yangshuo Yulong River Bamboo Rafting and Shili Gallery. It takes 45 minutes to take a taxi without traffic jams in the off-season. The hotel is very close to Xingping Bus Station, which can also be reached by bus. You can go to Yangshuo Bus Station or Yangshuo High-speed rail station (Yangshuo high-speed rail station is near Xingping). After a 15-minute walk through Xingping Ancient Town (the ancient town is very small), you will arrive at Xingping Pier. If you get up early to watch the sunrise at Xianggong Mountain, you need to cross the river first. There is a local travel company's information desk in the hotel lobby, which can arrange it, which is very convenient. Let me also mention the disadvantages: there are really a lot of bugs, and they will crawl in if there is a gap under the door of the room! Breakfast is generally not very rich. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws, and it’s worth recommending to stay in Xingping!

There are many types of breakfast. I recommend the local rice noodles, which taste very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. All facilities and equipment are in good condition. The swimming pool is very photogenic, but it's a pity that I didn't bring a swimsuit and couldn't experience it in the water. I think the most important point is that it is very close to Yangshuo High-speed Railway Station, which is very convenient for taking the high-speed rail.

The new hotel in Xingping Town has been renovated! The garden area is large, the infinity pool is large;the scenery is beautiful;the hotel gave us appreciation for a room that can see twenty yuan in the background;can see the sunset! Very comfortable and good! The staff has a great service attitude! The front desk manager Gan Lu, Hong Ping and Chung Yee Jun and others service enthusiasm and attitude is very good! There is an observation deck on the rooftop to view the background of 20 yuan! There is laundry and a fitness room! The back door provides direct access to Xingping Ancient Town! The restaurant food is great! The vegetables and fruits were fresh, I said there was no original croissant, I would replenish it immediately the next day! The restaurant intern Ginny and the staff were great! The quality of the food is also good! Just a little less food variety! We overall liked this hotel, coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival sitting on the prairie moon is very atmospheric, and there are fireworks to see! We had a different Mid-Autumn Festival! I'll stay again when I have the chance!

The new hotel has very poor operation and maintenance capabilities, especially the restaurant, which has only one restaurant, which is very small and understaffed, and has very poor reception capabilities. Compared with Xingping Junlan Hotel on Ctrip, the price of this hotel is more expensive than the old ones. If you don't have the ability to operate and provide services, you can wait until the ability matches before opening, and don't fool consumers. You can't sell ** to attract customers for the sake of making money. Tourists finally have a vacation, and you can pay the price of a five-week hotel but don't have five-star service and quality. Bad review! Ctrip should also seriously evaluate the introduction!
