"An absolutely amazing stay, worth returning to countless times! Choosing this hotel for my trip was such a delightful surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was embraced by a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and handled my check-in efficiently and patiently. They even proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and provided tips for exploring the surrounding area – impeccable attention to detail! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin. I fell asleep instantly, which perfectly relieved my travel fatigue. The facilities were excellent; the air conditioning heated and cooled quickly, and there was plenty of hot water with stable temperature. The toiletries were high quality, and even the hairdryer had good power. The view from the window was expansive, with no distracting noises, creating a quiet and relaxing environment."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Opening the curtains revealed a beautiful view, which immediately lifted my spirits. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I slept incredibly well both nights. Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, the Americano coffee made by the lovely lady at the front desk was delicious, and the fruit was tasty too! A cup every morning after breakfast left me feeling completely energized!"

"Amazing hotel! Spectacular views. It is about a 40mins didi ride from the Yangshuo station but totally worth it! We stayed at the no.8 building which is away from the lobby but we get taken there either by a private car or the buggy. Breakfast was included and it was okay. The Guilin noodles was definitely the highlight of breakfast. There was also daily refill of the minibar, fruit as well as afternoon tea consisting of nuts, fruits and desserts and Chinese sweet dessert at night. The private car was convenient as it can take you to close surrounding areas. The drivers were really nice. Our 管家 (housekeepers) 西西 and 勤勤 were really nice and friendly too. We had no plan so thank you to 西西and勤勤 for recommending different activities for us and helped us book tickets for cheaper prices too! We had so much fun paragliding, ATV car riding and visiting scenic places! As the weather was cooler, we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. The hotel itself could use some upkeep though, as some of the paint is wearing off. Nevertheless, I'd definitely come back. The village where the hotel is located at is absolutely charming! Love it :)"

The minimalist black and white lobby features ink wash paintings and tea elements, while wooden furniture paired with mountain light and shadows creates a serene, Zen-like atmosphere perfect for photos. Rooms start at a spacious 50 sqm, and opening the balcony door reveals views of green mountains and dark tiles. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the sunset paint the peaks golden in the evening feels incredibly private. For families with kids, rest assured; the butler proactively provides bed rails and baby-friendly mosquito coils – such thoughtful details!"

The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Guilin, making it super convenient to visit famous attractions. The best part was the staff! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially one staff member who assisted us in booking tickets for our activities. Their hospitality truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. "We had a wonderful 5 days stay with warm and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, with good variety for both adults and kids. The outdoor scenery is stunning—perfect for photography (the 旅拍photos are so professional and nice that we topped up to get more photos), with beautiful karst mountains and open green spaces. The presence of pets was a lovely bonus for children, making the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. Compared to West Street, the resort offers a much calmer and more family-friendly environment. It’s ideal for families who want space, nature, and a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds and noise. Note: Weather is nice in December and it’s not peak season. No problem to get advanced booking for didi to go Xiang Gong Shan at 5am. Resort is very close to 10mile gallery too:)"

"This is located at the edge of West Street. It is convenient to walk the night market at night, but you can have a good night sleep because it is not noisy. I will definitely recommend this place if you need a quiet place for rather there in the mist of West Street. This is because the West Street is rather noisy. If you stay here, do remember to go to the rooftop to get a view of this surrounding. You can rent a bike here to explore the various places nearby. The image shows the bike that I rent."

"The hotel room with the balcony overlooking the river was fantastic! The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful, they told us where we could rent bikes and scooters. Afternoon tea on the hotel rooftop is also included such as breakfast (some western options like bread and jam, fruit and eggs). The hotel is only 10 minutes by foot from West Street and you can reach the main tourist spots by bike from the street in front of the hotel."

"We spent 3 lovely days at this hotel in Xingping and I am so happy I found this place to stay. We needed a place 1-2 minutes away from the busy streets and we found it. The hotel is very peaceful and close to many restaurants. The owners are amazing and treated us so well. When we arrived the owner gave us detailed information about all places to see in the area, how to go there, pin on the map, and everything we needed to plan our days there. He made it so easy for us. I can tell the property is very well organised and clean with a lot of love and care. The room itself was very spacious, very clean (I have high hygienic standards coming from Europe) and this made us feel so comfortable from the beginning. The view from the room is just amazing as you can see from the pictures. We enjoyed sitting on the soft chairs on the floor and watch the mountains outside. The area was very calm and quiet and we slept really well. We already miss this place. We will be back next time we are in Yangshuo. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us🙏🏼"

"The first night, I stayed in a room that cost over 300 [currency unit]. The toilet and shower room were tiny; it would be even more uncomfortable for someone a bit heavier. The view was just so-so. The second night, I stayed in a room for over 400 [currency unit], and the outdoor view was decent, but it was just a few mountains. Transportation isn't very convenient since it's located in a small village. Let's talk about breakfast! It was truly awful, very basic, and tasted terrible. Not only was the rice noodle soup inauthentic, but the server actually took unfinished mini-buns from a previous guest and served them to the next! After seeing that, we immediately ripped open and threw away everything on our table. We went out for breakfast the next day. I highly advise against eating breakfast here."
