Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Yangshuo trip, and the Yangshuo Xishi Jinshe (Shili Gallery Yulong River Store) is a divine hotel nestled amidst the mountains and rivers. Our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish – I wholeheartedly recommend it!
Before I dive into the review, I have to praise the service. It was thoughtful, warm, attentive, and considerate throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly cherished. 🥰
The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, right by the Qinglong Bridge on the Yulong River. From the large floor-to-ceiling window next to our bed, we had direct views of the continuous karst peaks and the gently flowing Yulong River, with bamboo rafts slowly drifting by our window. Every glance offered a picturesque, ink-wash painting-like scene. The design is simple yet sophisticated, blending perfectly with the natural landscape. The super-large floor-to-ceiling windows, courtyard lawn, and the rooftop 'sky mirror' all provided perfect photo opportunities. The environment is serene and peaceful, completely away from the hustle and bustle, creating an incredibly immersive atmosphere.
I must commend the service again; it was exceptionally thoughtful, offering full butler-style service. Every front desk staff member was enthusiastic and meticulous, always ready to assist with any questions. The attention to detail was impeccable, making the entire experience relaxing and heartwarming. We initially booked for only two nights, planning to try another hotel for a different view, but we were so touched by the service that we extended our stay for another two nights. The service was truly exceptional.
The downstairs restaurant exceeded our expectations. The ingredients were fresh and authentic. The Guilin rice noodles, beer fish, and braised chicken 🐓 were all delicious, and the eggplant 🍆 and green beans were incredibly fragrant. We had dinner there four times in a row, and each meal was satisfying and enjoyable; our whole family loved the food.
The hotel's infinity pool offers direct views of the beautiful mountains and rivers. Our children spent several afternoons playing there. The area around the pool is comfortable and well-equipped, allowing adults to relax and enjoy the scenery while the kids have fun.
It was a truly healing and immersive experience amidst the mountains and rivers. The environment, service, dining, and facilities were all top-notch. Whether for a relaxing getaway or a family trip, this is definitely a treasure choice for a stay in Yangshuo!

QQihuyoutianxiaThe location is great, making it easy to arrange transportation. It's right at the end point of the bamboo raft cruise, so you arrive directly at the hotel. It's the first hotel in the village and has several restaurants nearby. The environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with a Yulong River tributary flowing right in front. The hotel even offers electric scooters for exploring the Ten-Mile Gallery. Both the hotel and the rooms are very new, clean, and well-equipped. The service is excellent and attentive; all the staff are polite and greet you warmly. They deliver a fruit platter, nuts, and candied fruit to your room daily and proactively helped us plan our itinerary. The breakfast is delicious, and the 5th-floor restaurant offers the best views. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I've stayed in many great guesthouses in recent years, but this one is probably my favorite, and the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserThe owner has great taste, and the hotel's selections are excellent. The staff is attentive and meticulous. Our Ctrip booking included a complimentary travel photoshoot, healing singing bowl session, and late-night tangyuan, all of which were fantastic. I have to praise the breakfast; it's incredibly diverse. The Guilin rice noodles and coconut jelly with gui ling gao were outstanding. The toppings for the Guilin rice noodles were plentiful, with unique pickled sweet and sour daikon cubes and green pepper slices. The coconut jelly with gui ling gao also came with taro balls and sago. The cucumber juice, fried tangyuan, and popcorn chicken were also very good. The location is perfect, right at Gongnong Bridge, the gateway to the Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area, making it very convenient for watching sunsets and hiking through the gallery. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

PPacomundoI really can't recommend Chuxin enough! Before coming, I was worried about the location – whether it was close to restaurants and attractions. But then I saw their dog, Laicai, and decided to book it! And it turned out to be surprisingly good!
**Location:** You can easily get here from the distribution center by taxi or ride-sharing.
1: There are restaurants right across and next door to the hotel, so eating is not an issue at all.
2: You get a beautiful mountain view as soon as you open the door, the air is fantastic, and the surroundings are very quiet.
3: It's close to all the attractions and piers; you can even walk to the Jima Pier. Right next to the hotel is an electric scooter rental place, so it's super convenient to rent in the morning and return at night!
**Service:** The owners are incredibly friendly and even gave us some seasonal sugar oranges, which were delicious! The dog is super cute and not afraid of people at all. I wish the owners good fortune (Lai Cai means 'bring wealth' in Chinese)!

MMarcia PrescottIf you are in this area, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It was a great experience. The feeling is very rustic and feels old. But really really awesome. The people there can speak English really well. They took good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and we had an option for an American breakfast. It was kind of nice after we'd been in China for so long. There's a lot of amazing scenery nearby. And a few little shops. There is a hike up to Moon Hill which is awesome and not very far.

When you're tired from exploring, you can just pop back to the hotel and relax, no need for a long trek back – it's incredibly convenient 🥳
What truly blew me away was the unique tranquility amidst the bustling city. Downstairs, West Street is buzzing with lively energy, but inside the room, it's incredibly quiet. The soundproofing is amazing; you can't hear any of the street noise. You can lie in bed and peacefully admire the stunning karst peaks. Enjoying the lush green mountains by day and drifting off to sleep in silence at night truly elevates the vacation vibe ✨
The location is truly unparalleled! For all my sisters planning a trip to Yangshuo and wanting to stay on West Street, just blindly book this one! Style, location, service, and value for money – it's got it all. It's a hidden gem that won't disappoint, truly worth every penny 💫

AAipaizhaodemimijiangOur stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, right by West Street and the Li River. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and bright, offering breathtaking mountain views right from the bed. The bedding and toiletries were clean and comfortable to use. We slept incredibly well in the quiet environment. I especially loved the private hot tub in the room and the Sky Mirror on the rooftop. Soaking in the tub and stargazing at night, and enjoying afternoon tea with sunset views on the rooftop were truly delightful. The central courtyard also features a well-equipped infinity pool, a gym, a kids' club, and a restaurant. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive!
