"The hotel service was fantastic, and the butler service was incredibly attentive. The exclusive Banyan Tree mountain peak offers breathtaking views and an excellent, private experience. I loved the hotel's design philosophy, which harmonizes with nature; peacocks roam freely, creating a beautiful sense of balance between people and the natural world. The food at Baiyun Chinese Restaurant was also delicious; my parents loved it too. Anyway, I'll definitely be back for my next vacation. It's perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation, and just unwinding."

"This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment we arrived, the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the world-class service. The staff operates at the highest possible level of hospitality, demonstrating an incredible attention to detail. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their personalized approach made our stay truly unforgettable. When it comes to dining, the daily breakfast is excellent and provides a wonderful start to the day. However, there is some room for improvement regarding the lunch and dinner offerings. While perfectly fine, the afternoon and evening menus simply did not quite match the luxurious, five-star standard set by the rest of the hotel. Fortunately, this minor culinary drawback hardly impacted our trip. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10 to 15-minute trip away from a wide variety of fantastic local restaurants, making it very easy to find great meals nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking atmosphere and unmatched customer service. We are already planning when to return!"

It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰"

"The view from Room 01 in Building 6 is absolutely stunning, with expansive vistas. I found myself wanting to stay in the hotel all day! The service was excellent; the butler would inform us daily about activities and snacks, and even helped deliver takeout to our room. It's newly renovated, so the room environment is great, with smart facilities and excellent hygiene. The location isn't its strongest point, as there aren't many food options nearby, but getting around by taxi is actually quite convenient. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive to West Street, making dinner plans easy. Breakfast was average – nothing special, but no complaints either. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended! Oh, and a big plus: the hotel didn't push for good reviews in exchange for gifts at checkout."

"Choosing the right hotel in Yangshuo is crucial, and Miaozai Shanye truly delivers on the promise of 'sleeping amidst the scenery' – the experience is absolutely top-notch! ✨ The hotel is nestled in the mountains by the Yulong River. Its pure white, Instagram-worthy architecture blends seamlessly with the karst peaks. Open your window to stunning green mountains shrouded in mist, wake up to birdsong, and watch the sunset over the rice fields in the evening – it's truly rejuvenating. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are incredible; you can admire the landscape right from your bed. The mountain-view bathtub is super relaxing, and the voice-controlled smart features and branded toiletries add a touch of luxury. The public areas are fantastic for photos! The infinity pool and the Sky Mirror on the rooftop are perfect for capturing amazing shots, and they even offer free travel photography and ethnic costume rentals, so you don't have to worry about finding the right spot. Breakfast is rich and varied, with freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles that are incredibly authentic. The service is warm and attentive. It's also close to the Romance Park, and renting an electric scooter to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery is super convenient. It's a secluded yet accessible escape, perfect for relaxing and getting great photos. If you're coming to Yangshuo for a vacation, this is the place to book!"

"Traveling solo, I booked a ground-floor room with a courtyard. Sitting there, looking out at the magnificent mountains, felt incredibly therapeutic. The rooftop restaurant was also fantastic; a single meat and vegetable dish was plenty for one person, and the views were unbeatable. Shout-out to the travel photographers too; dressed in ethnic attire, they blended perfectly with the beautiful scenery, making for wonderful souvenirs."

During my stay, I needed a few extra items, and after calling the service desk, someone quickly delivered them to my door – the response time was excellent.
