2205331****Nestled by the Yulong River, the hotel offers easy access to everything. The environment is beautiful and serene, with a light luxury and stylish design. Facilities are comprehensive, including a swimming pool, gym, sunbathing area, and even a kids' play area. Our room boasted 270-degree views of the nearby river and distant mountains, and we could see parts of the sunrise and sunset (though we missed the full spectacle due to the weather this time). The cleanliness was impeccable, and the smart 'Xiaodu' assistant controlled everything. The bedding and bed were incredibly comfortable. My suggestions would be: for families, adult bathing is a bit inconvenient as there's no curtain for privacy. Also, a small stool near the shoe-changing area would be helpful for sitting down. The butler service was very attentive and prompt, and the hotel also offers electric scooter rentals 🛵. The kids didn't want to leave! Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

YYuanxiA healing escape amidst Guilin's picturesque landscapes – this B&B is worth revisiting countless times! Our two-night stay in Guilin was absolutely amazing; choosing the right accommodation truly doubled our travel happiness. The common areas are meticulously clean and elegantly arranged, with a beautiful array of plants and greenery. Whether you're sipping tea by the window in your room or gazing at the mountains and rivers from the terrace, you'll feel a long-lost sense of relaxation. Even more delightful was the incredibly thoughtful service! From the moment we booked, we received detailed guidance. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. Their service was unobtrusive yet responsive to every need, providing a comforting warmth even when far from home. Two nights felt too short. If you're coming to Guilin and want to immerse yourself in both its natural beauty and local charm, this B&B is definitely the top choice. I've already recommended it to friends planning trips to Guilin and will certainly stay here again next time! The sound healing was also a big thumbs up! 👍

AAnonymous UserLocation isWe stayed 2 nights at Bo Yangshuo Hotel. The location is very convenient, right at the start/end of West Street (西街), making it easy to walk around while still being slightly away from the noise. We booked a family room with a bunk bed, which was comfortable and suitable for families. Overall, everything was good and well-maintained. One downside worth highlighting is that the toilet glass partition has been removed, so sounds from flushing, hand washing, and showering are quite loud. The bed head is located just above the toilet area, so it can be disturbing at night. Also, when using the bathtub, be careful as water may splash onto the bed area. Aside from this issue, our stay was pleasant and the location is a big plus, especially for first-time visitors to Yangshuo.

TTanya McGeerWe absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, the staff were friendly and could speak English, and the food at the hotel was amazing. This was one of our best experiences in China. I would recommend this place to anyone. The villa/farmhouse we stayed in is perfect for big groups. The villa/farmhouse has 5 big bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and western toilet. The food at the hotel was brilliant! The courtyard in front was lovely in the mornings for breakfast, and the restaurant on the roof was amazing in the evening, looking over the mountains. We loved it, will definitely be back there soon! Thank you for an amazing stay and friendly hospitality.

GGuest UserThe hotel advertises as having an all-year-round open pool and it's not true. During our stay at the end of April with maximum temperatures above 30°C there was no pool to cool off, and the staff told us it was because it was still too early in the year. This was very disappointing as having a pool was the main reason for our choice of hotel, so I'd say this hotel didn't meet our expectations and they should state this clearly on Trip to avoid future confusion of guests. Other things to improve are the storage space in the rooms (there's barely any room to place suitcases etc) and the soundproofing (we were woken up several days by loud guests at 7am or earlier). On the positive side, the beds were comfortable (average hardness of mattress for westerners standards) and the shower was the best we've had in our whole trip through China: very modern, with good water pressure and no fluctuating temperature. The room thermostat worked really well and the hotel has some nice amenities for guests to use such as tea, massage chairs (a bit worn out but still working) and a vintage game console. The staff helped us with luggage, gave us information and even a small present at the end of our stay, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is in a quieter part of town, ideal for sleeping but still close enough to streets with lots of restaurants, cafes etc (try Heytea in west street if you can!). Overall it's been good value for money, although the hotel could do some clean up/refurbishment work and the pool availability should be advertised accurately.

SShunLII chose ShiXi TianYue for the Yangshuo trail running race. The hotel's location is super convenient, making pre-race gatherings and post-race returns effortless. Room facilities: My king room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that provided excellent rest after an intense race. Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk even helped me mail my trail running shoes, trekking poles, and other items back home. WiFi: Available Parking: Available Whether as a race support station or a place to relax and explore, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend it to fellow runners!

GGuest UserThe only downside was it being a little bit remote, however the owners of this place were very lovely! The owner's family, including their kid and dog helped us on a hike up the mountain, the food they cooked was delicious. The room was better than some 4 star reviews I've stayed at recently, very new and modern, has its own air conditioning, western toilet and internet! I would highly recommend this place to check out the mountain. They even gave us a new year present!

GGuest UserThis was a very nice large room with a great view of the countryside. It matched the pictures on the website. The room was very clean and well-kept and everything worked well. It was quiet and its location was convenient for exploring the countryside or taking a taxi or Didi into the busier part of town. It was only a five-minute walk on back paths to the river and also easy to rent electric scooters right next to the hotel. The breakfast is fresh and healthy each morning. The service is helpful but this is not an overly touristic feeling hotel so it's good to have an idea of what you want to do. We were there in the winter so we didn't use the pool, but it looked like it would be very enjoyable in the warmer months. Right next to the hotel is a nice family-owned restaurant that is worth having a meal at.

What makes this place even more special is the unbeatable location. The view of the mountains and river is simply breathtaking, you can sit for hours just admiring the scenery. Another highlight was the boat service that takes you directly to West Street, the busiest and most vibrant street in town. It’s such a unique and convenient experience! Having all these things together—the view, the facilities, the warm hospitality, and the thoughtful touches—made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Yangshuo! 🌿✨
