Staying at the Xi Shi Jin She Hotel was an incredibly healing experience amidst the beautiful landscapes of Yangshuo. The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and with the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you're greeted by stunning karst peaks, with bamboo rafts slowly gliding by on the river – it feels like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. The room was clean and tidy, the toiletries were of excellent quality, and the facilities were exquisite and comprehensive. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were fresh and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing photo opportunities. It's also super convenient for visiting the Ten-Mile Gallery. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Yangshuo, a perfect experience!

I have traveled to more than 30 countries over the past 12 years, and this is the first time I have truly felt that I could call a hotel ”home”—even though so many hotels try to create that feeling. We live in France and flew to China for vacation, hoping to experience both the peaceful natural wonders and the lively local culture of Yangshuo. This hotel’s location is perfect! It sits directly in front of the Li River with an unobstructed view, yet it is just a short walk to West Street and the harbor. We could easily switch between a peaceful, relaxing session overlooking the river and an energetic exploration of the local crowds. Taking a warm bath while gazing at the river and mist-shrouded mountains—all while enjoying local tea and sweets—was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is brand new, featuring excellent and spotless facilities, including a 24-hour free self-service laundry and a rooftop with stunning open views. The design beautifully blends modern style with local Chinese Zhuang culture. On top of that, the hotel offers free access to local ”Ta-Ying” activities, photo shoots in traditional minority costumes, and discounted tickets for popular local shows like Impression Liu Sanjie. Most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The team treated us with immense care and kindness from the moment we arrived until well after we got back home to France! They used professional translation devices to ensure seamless communication. The hotel manager, Ms. Ni, along with front desk staff Ms. Deng and Ms. Li, not only responded attentively to every request throughout our stay, but also provided invaluable advice for exploring Yangshuo. We were even given a thoughtful gift set when checking out at 6:00 AM, followed by a warm message once we returned home. This level of hospitality truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I wish the entire team and the hotel all the best!

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

Wonderful Stay Near Yangshuo Railway Station in xingping I recently stayed at this lovely hotel right beside Yangshuo Railway Station, and my entire experience was cozy, relaxing and highly satisfying, making it a great pick for both local and international travelers. The most convenient benefit is the complimentary shuttle service between Yangshuo Railway Station and the hotel, providing free pickups and drop-offs. This took all the stress out of traveling with heavy luggage after a train journey. One minor note: the shuttle only runs until 6 PM, so after this time, guests will need to arrange their own taxi to and from the station. The rooms are incredibly spacious, bright and immaculately clean. The room comes with a large bathtub and a mini-fridge and the best window view, the hotel has a reliable elevator for easy access to upper floors. The front desk staff were warm, polite and always ready to help with any requests during our stay. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and peaceful. There is a charming garden area with a tree house, a swing, and a shaded chill-out spot surrounded by lush green trees, perfect for unwinding outdoors. Inside the garden sits a western-style restaurant, and right beside it is a small pond filled with colorful goldfish, which adds a calm, scenic vibe to the property. The hotel also features a nice swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The surrounding area blends historic old buildings that evoke the charm of traditional Chinese dynasties with modern amenities, striking a lovely balance between old-world character and comfort. Breakfast at the hotel mainly consists of local Yangshuo dishes, which is fantastic for guests who love regional Chinese flavors. Since many foreign visitors stay here, it would be a thoughtful improvement to add freshly brewed coffee from a machine and bread options to the breakfast spread, as not all international guests prefer noodles in the morning. We got great coffee from the on-site western restaurant in the garden, which was really tasty. For e-bike rentals, there are local vendors right next to the hotel gate offering bikes, though their prices are a bit on the higher side. If you walk just around 50 meters away from the hotel, you’ll find plenty of other rental shops with much more reasonable rates 30 yuan . Overall, every part of our stay felt comfortable and pleasant, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yangshuo, especially travelers looking for a convenient location near the train station and a peaceful, well-kept property with friendly service.

Bringing my whole family, including seniors and kids, to Yangshuo for summer vacation, choosing the FaDai Hotel was an excellent decision! The transportation is convenient, and getting around to nearby attractions is smooth. The room's view is absolutely fantastic; my kids spent every day glued to the window, watching the mountains and rivers. The breakfast is well-balanced and nutritious, with light options suitable for both elderly guests and children. The butler service is very attentive and proactively offered suggestions for family-friendly activities. The free travel photoshoot was a huge bonus; the photographer was great at entertaining the kids, making it easy to capture natural and warm family photos. It allowed us to relax while keeping the kids entertained. We'll definitely be back!

Transit hotel. We planned to take the kids to see the sunrise in the morning, and it turned out to be amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the decor was also very stylish. The kids slept soundly. The staff were warm and attentive. West Street in Yangshuo is right downstairs. Parking is a bit of a walk, but a staff member came to pick up our luggage. Overall, it was a great stay!

Yangshuo Sugarhouse has always been a hotel I've wanted to visit, and a serendipitous opportunity finally brought me here, marking my first trip to Yangshuo. True to its pictures, it's exactly as you've seen it. Admittedly, it's no longer a new hotel, and I had some reservations beforehand, as similar-priced hotels in the same category might offer larger, more luxurious options. However, for design enthusiasts, Sugarhouse is special; it's a destination in itself. My first impression was that the hotel is reasonably well-maintained, and the service is always pleasant and attentive. I always assumed these were standard expectations in such hotels, not worth mentioning. Yet, it wasn't until I truly experienced the various facets of Yangshuo that I realized Sugarhouse is an oasis in this bustling, chaotic, and often less-than-pleasant destination. Yangshuo is beautiful, but its natural charm isn't always enough to offset some disappointing tourist experiences. You might exert a lot of effort trying to soak in the legendary landscapes, only to be left unsatisfied, perhaps due to early mornings or overwhelming crowds. But at Sugarhouse, you can intimately connect with Yangshuo's mountains and rivers, as they are right outside your room, beyond the iconic pool view. During the day, you can fully immerse yourself in nature undisturbed, and as dusk falls, the lights of Impression Liu Sanjie illuminate them, making you a part of the landscape. Finding such tranquility in this destination is incredibly precious, a realization I only had after switching to other hotels. The service here carries a hint of genuine, endearing awkwardness, and you can sense that achieving this level of service isn't easy. The bartender at 1969 Bar recommended a special concoction when I was indecisive, allowing me to savor the last season's season of loquat gin, which was unforgettable. Lucy at the front desk was incredibly helpful in resolving my issues, and when I pointed out some minor flaws in the room, they were already being addressed – truly tiny details that not everyone would notice, demonstrating their genuine care for guests. I met a gentleman at breakfast who enthusiastically and meticulously introduced me to oil tea and proactively helped me carry it to my upstairs seat when my hands were full. On my departure day, I even saw him standing at the lobby entrance at 36 degrees Celsius, assisting guests. Later, I learned he was the hotel's general manager. The people here are sincere and responsible, and what initially felt like minor imperfections transformed into a stark difference after comparison. I can give the experience here full marks. Some friends might find it too boring, with too many cars on the highway outside the rooms. But if you've experienced the endless swarm of electric scooters, the ubiquitous paid parking lots, and the so-called villas that cost 3,000 yuan with no view whatsoever, you'll realize that not only is the pricing here quite fair, but it's also almost the only viable accommodation option in Yangshuo. Of course, this is just for reference if you don't plan on venturing out, but Sugarhouse still offers many interesting services that make it a highly recommendable choice.

The hotel's design, including its unique staircases and room layouts, is quite distinctive. It also has an elevator. We booked a family room that overlooked West Street, and surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at night. From the fifth-floor rooftop, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire West Street. They even offered us complimentary signature drinks. Overall, it's a design hotel offering excellent value for money.

We chose Shengdi Hotel because we could see the bamboo rafts floating on the Yulong River right from our balcony. The panoramic suite, at 80 square meters, was spacious with double balconies, which was a great value. We arranged breakfast with the butler in advance, and they set it up in the garden. When we arrived, the food was already served. The weather was lovely, and dining outdoors while watching the Yulong River rafts was truly worthwhile.

I came here with my friends during the summer holiday, specifically for their restaurant which is on the must-try list. While waiting for a table, we found out they also have guest rooms. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and priority seating, so after seeing the rooms, we decisively booked one. Honestly, both their restaurant and guest rooms are excellent. The summer prices were also very reasonable, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. It was our first time in Yangshuo, and they even recommended some fun attractions. The hotel can also book tickets for various scenic spots, so it felt like we didn't really need to plan our route much as they had everything sorted for us. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family next time. It's very close to the riverside and West Street, both within walking distance. The main thing is, their restaurant is truly amazing! Don't miss it if you come to Yangshuo!
