"The location is quiet yet convenient for getting around, not too noisy but still easily accessible. **Cleanliness**: Very clean. **Ambiance**: The overall environment feels high-quality and worth the price. It's not like those regular guesthouses that jack up prices to over a thousand during peak season but have cheap decor. **Breakfast**: A rich variety of options, the rice noodles were delicious, and the corn juice was great. **Service**: Everyone was excellent, always greeting you when they saw you. Highly recommend."

"Great experience at LS Hotel. There’s a butler for each room. Our butler Mayling (小徐) is very helpful. The view from our room is beautiful. They provided free afternoon tea and morning buffet every day in my booking, and one free 30 minutes photography session at the premises during my stay. The hotel can help you to book for some activities with small discount too, I believe they have partnership with some attraction providers. I booked the hot air balloon tour to see sunrise with 20rmb discount per person. However, it was unfortunately cancelled due to bad weather. I’d love to come back for it next time. I’ve been given some local snack packs and chilli sauce as souvenirs when I checked out, that’s very thoughtful. The highlight for me is the Guilin Rice Noodles (Guilin Mifen) from the breakfast buffet. I tried two highly rated restaurants in the area but I think the one from the hotel breakfast buffet is the best. They have a noodle station that you can choose your own. I’d recommend Guilin LS hotel and come back for another stay if I visit Guilin again."

"The hotel's location is quiet yet central, so we weren't bothered by noise at night. The front desk staff were very helpful and enthusiastically answered all our questions. The room was quite clean, and we had a comfortable two-day stay. We'd consider this hotel again next time we visit Yangshuo."

"We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious and surrounded by a beautiful landscape—it genuinely felt like living in a painting. Waking up to such scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was decent, with options like soup noodles with minced pork, sweet potato, porridge, and fruits. Simple, but satisfying. The hotel is located away from the busy areas, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. You can hear the river flowing and birds chirping, which I personally enjoyed a lot. However, my parents preferred somewhere livelier with more activity, so it really depends on your preference. Getting to West Street is convenient, with a DiDi ride costing around 20–25 RMB. Overall, a great stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat."

"This hotel directly overlooks the picturesque Li River where you can witness the fishermen's bamboo rafts with their cormorants anchored to the promenade. It's a popular spot for tourists in their hired period costumes trying to achieve the most photogenic shot of Yangshuo's world-renowned karst mountains. The hotel's roof terrace on the fifth floor offers uninterrupted vistas of this stunning landscape. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great value for its price and comes highly recommended. The hotel rooms are spacious and even those which face inwards look out to a leafy courtyard with pretty fountains. The staff, from the chambermaids to the lady at the guest laundry, were all super helpful. Special thanks to Maya/沫沫 at the front desk who devised an excellent itinerary for our private excursion with a driver. Equally outstanding was Lacey/橙子, also at the reception. She was very accommodating to the multiple requests of hotel guests, and in a truly earnest rather than perfunctory manner. Both of them are assets to the service industry. The hotel's attention to detail in terms of its interior design is laudable : the concept of Yangshuo's landscape is visually captured throughout the hotel - from the nameplate at its entrance to the signage of the room numbers, they all feature symbolic silhouettes of those iconic karst mountains and the fishermen with their cormorants. One suggestion to the hotel's management is for them to provide an English language news channel on their television : in view of the increasing foreign clientele, it is indeed glaring that even their national CGTN news channel is not available."

The moment I walked in, I was stunned by the rooftop infinity pool – its crystal-clear blue water combined with the mountains in the background felt like a real-life ”Avatar secret realm.” Every photo looked like it came straight out of a magazine! ✅ Room Experience: The 270° mountain view room with floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely incredible. Waking up to the mountain mist in the morning and watching the sunset paint the green peaks in the evening was unforgettable. The Instagram-worthy decor was clean and upscale. ✨ Miao Zai Shan Ye (Wonder in the Wilderness) 📸 Must-shoot photo spots: • Rooftop Sky Mirror: Stand barefoot on the water; the mountains and clouds become your backdrop. Any pose looks like a national-style masterpiece. • Infinity Pool: Blue water with green mountains – even more photogenic than the beach. Perfect for swimsuits or flowy dresses. • Ethnic Costume Photography: Free photo shoot service! Dress in Miao traditional attire and pose with the forest; the vibe is absolutely divine. ✨ Shan Ye Ji Su (Mountain Wilderness Inn) • Rooftop Wabi-Sabi style water mirror: Softer tones, great for French or New Chinese style photos. • Bougainvillea photo spot: Floral windows with distant mountains create a full retro vibe. • Rooftop Walkway: Stroll amidst the greenery; dynamic shots tell a great story. The two hotels are right next to each other, allowing you to experience two different styles in one trip. "We were amazed by the price quality of this hotel. Our room on the 5th floor offered beautiful views right from your bed. Amenities are high quality and the young lady at the reception was so incredibly helpful and patient with us. Thank you for that!! We used translating apps to communicate and WeChat, although it takes time, it works just fine. You can rent ok bikes and e-scooter at the hotel. For motor scooter (for bigger distances) we had to seek externally. Would recommend and come back ourselves!"

"Pros: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from QianGuQing Park. The hotel environment and rooms are very comfortable. Although the view isn't of a scenic landscape painting, the room decor and materials are exquisite, and everything is spotlessly clean. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. The shower stall is huge and surprisingly has two sets of showerheads! The butler service was also very efficient and satisfactory. Cons: There's a large new hotel construction project next to the hotel. There are various machine noises during the day, but it's quiet at night. However, the room soundproofing is so good that once the doors and windows are closed, you can't hear any outside noise at all. I am a bit concerned for the hotel, though, as once the new hotel next door is completed, it might obstruct some of the current views. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay and have already recommended it to several friends."

"This resort stay completely exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt so open and allowed for easy movement, plus it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely unbeatable view. Whether it was daytime or evening, the scenery was so stunning that I didn't even want to leave the room. I could just lie in bed and enjoy the view, and any photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The hotel also features a private pool, offering excellent privacy. No need to share or crowd with others; I could swim whenever I wanted and quietly enjoy my own vacation time. The pool area itself had fantastic views too – swimming while admiring the scenery was truly idyllic. The service was also very attentive, making for an overall perfect experience. Next time I visit this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a proper getaway, who appreciates beautiful views, and values comfort. "I brought my parents on a trip, and after doing some research on Xiaohongshu, we decided on Yuanyuan Jingshe. Primarily, I was drawn to its direct location by the Yulong River and the great lawn for photos. Our actual stay exceeded expectations. First, they have family rooms, all with large beds. The rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are excellent – not the kind that are too soft and sink in. My dad has back issues, but he could sleep comfortably on this bed. Furthermore, the service was fantastic; every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was quick to respond to any requests. From the hotel's riverside, you can directly see camels crossing the river, which is perfect for photos. The hotel's Hongming photo shoot service is also a huge plus. Upon check-in, we received two free traditional outfits, and the hotel itself has several scenic spots and props. They even provided four retouched photos, which is perfect for moms who love taking pictures."
