Super hotel , the room is crazy . The view is nice and the service is perfect . Super beautiful hotel . The only point who need to change a little is the swimming pool with a little of sea **** . But did stop me for take a swim :)

Location: It’s in the middle of West street and other famous scenic spots like Shili Gallery. It’s next to a street of shops and restaurants. Convenient. Service: The hotel upgraded our rooms and gave us breakfast for free! They have unlimited supplies of water for you. The concierge is really helpful and friendly. They provided tips and suggestions for your trips or places to go to. Room: The room is lovely! It’s exactly as the pictures. It’s new and clean; everything is in place.

Great Experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. We travelled here during a local holiday so to avoid taxi waiting times the hotel helped book taxi’s for us. Location is great too, equidistant from most attractions. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Very close to west street and the hospital to do the covid test. Friendly staff that although doesn’t speak English we could communicate through wechat. The hotel has scooters 🏍 you can rent for 30 ¥ the day and that are so helpful to move around in Yangshuo!. The hotel helped me book tickets for different attractions, and they had a little discount. I want to thank the hotel for helping me go to the hospital and get a paper copy of my covid result when I had already left the city and couldn’t take my train to come back to Beijing . Thank you so much 💕💕💕.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Big balcony, comfortable bed, big bath tub. Good breakfast. Around 20 mins from west street on foot. Overall very good.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing as it was very close to west street. It's about a 30 minute walk there but there were plenty of people with motorcycles who gave rides and their prices were reasonable. I booked the room with the terrace, which was lovely however quite pricey compared to the other rooms. I had booked this particular room because of the outdoor pools which looked amazing in the photos but was disappointed when I arrived that both the pools on the terrace had no water in them. I would of loved it if at least one had water as that is what I paid for. The actual room was beautiful and very spacious. I was quite impressed with the smart toilet and shower. There were plenty of lights that gave the room a nice touch but all the switches were in Chinese so that was a bit of a challenge. The fridge was stocked with a can of coke, sprite and 2 cans of beer every day. The staff were amazing as they added me to wechat so we could communicate efficiently and they went out of their way to attend to all of my requests. The breakfast was decent. The spread wasn't too big though. It was a buffet with a few Chinese dishes and some steamed vegetables. They had a coffee machine so the coffee was fresh and quiet enjoyable. They also had a toaster with jam and butter. Overall I would say that my stay was very pleasant with a few petty issues that could easily be overlooked.

Beautiful rooms, free water on every floor, some complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. A great place to stay overall and a good value for money.

The view isn't the best in town, the breakfast is fine, but except that this hotel is PERFECT!

Spent four nights here in the room with a terrace. Nice location as it’s easy to walk to West Street in 20 minutes. Lots of local food restaurants nearby. Morning breakfast is good, same items every morning. Good place to stay, might return again. Comfortable but not spectacular.

We just returned from five days at this hotel and we loved every minute of it. All of the staff were polite and very helpful. The house keeping team did a wonderful job and our room was spotless! The chef at breakfast is great at keeping their fabulous coffee machine topped up with great coffee that I miss already. Breakfast has enough of a selection meat, veg, congee, fried rice, noodles and fruit. There’s also a toast station with jam and decent New Zealand butter…perfect for fussy foreigners like me! The view from the swimming pool is absolutely lovely and although the pool isn’t deep or very long, contrary to other reviews you can actually have a swim. The staff at reception are very helpful and even gave my daughter some fish food to feed their fish. The hotel is literally less than ten minutes away from the heat and noise that is busy West Street. The hotel is quiet and peaceful at night and it’s easy to have a good rest. The only thing about the hotel that we didn’t like was the bedding. The bed is very soft but the pillows were almost impossible to sleep on because they were far too soft. This is just a small thing though and I definitely recommend a stay here. We will be back, that’s for sure!

Excellent service with front desk employee escorting us to room upon arrival and giving us a fruit plate. Fresh iced watermelon juice at breakfast! Great location if you want to stay in town close to many shops and restaurants. Mountain with small park directly behind hotel. Very clean, stylish room. Great waterfall type shower. Patio for drying laundry and running shoes. Excellent stay! Would definitely return.

Cozy and comfortable hotel, not far from the center, normal breakfast

We enjoy a lot the amazing view from our room. The hotel is relly new and quite modern and located close to the western street just about 5 min by scooter or Didi. Need to also to highlight that the hotel is located in a private street with makes this location quiet place compared to other part in the city. The hotel highly recommended for families traveling with small kids, there is a nice playground inside the hotel as well as private park just 20m away from the hotel entrance. The staff was always really friendly and help us alway along our staying. If you are traveling with your family Best place you can chose...

Zen Rushi Inn seems to be a takeover from a previous owner but hasn’t quite reached it maximum potential. Here’s some pros and cons: CONS: The pool area doesn’t seem to be kept-not like the online photos. The damaged flooring, lack of chairs and leaking of the bottom of the pool should be looked at. The halls feels a bit like an office building without material to absorb hallway sound. Breakfast wasn’t hot. PROS: The rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Check in and check out process was fast and easy. The coffee was really great at breakfast and the in-room instant coffee wasn’t bad either! The location was good and gave us a great location point to visit different areas. OVERALL: I was happy with my stay and felt my needs were met. I just wish the pool area was better. It would’ve been great to cool down after being in the hot sun all day. I really appreciate the friendly staff and all their help :)
