跟老媽一起出遊，選擇了這家酒店。首先服務是沒得挑的，從接機工作人員到前台的吉吉，凡凡。到餐廳的姐姐，打掃衞生的工作人員，都讓人覺得回到家的温暖。去各大景點，打車也很方便，10多分鐘就基本都能到。餐廳的菜品供應也很豐富，總之我和媽媽住得比較舒心。

找了很久，才在揚州找到一家適合兩大兩小家庭房，27樓往外望去，風景很不錯。環境很乾凈，就是洗澡的🚿不太友好。工作人員很熱情，真的很棒，感謝越越和潼潼的周到服務。退房還有特產送，點贊

三天兩晚的揚州之行完美收官了，要説帶給我最大驚喜的，絕對是這次入住的揚州東高鐵站美居酒店。在入住之前看了這家的評論感覺都是一片溢美之詞，難免令人有一絲懷疑🤨，畢竟本人也算入住過很多酒店，其中還不乏諸多五星之流，但是言過其實之輩也不在少數，但是對於這家美居我現在可以很負責任的説一聲確實名副其實如假包換😄。
首先説一下酒店的各項硬件設施保養的很不錯，整體看起來比較精緻有文藝氣息，房間裏面的佈局也蠻好的，不是很大但是也不會感到侷促，對我來説乾淨整潔是最重要的。小冰箱、咖啡機、智能馬桶都有，能加熱的毛巾桿算是個小亮點。當然如果能有個浴缸對我來説那就是更加好了😄……不過我入住的房間窗外就能看到京杭大運河也算是彌補了一絲遺憾。
接下來我重點要説的就是這家酒店的服務了，在國內我覺得真的算是業界良心了。從酒店至火車站的接送服務，晚上免費的麪食夜宵，臨走時贈送的揚州特產以及給小朋友準備的毛絨小玩具等等，真的給顧客有一種賓至如歸的感覺。令我印象最為深刻的是所有服務工作人員臉上掛着的微笑😊，親切的問候，以及為顧客盡心去解決問題的職業態度。你可以明顯感覺到他們內心散發的真摯情感不帶任何一絲的虛假。
最後想對所有酒店的工作人員説一句真的感謝🙏，前台的吉吉潼潼還有我説不上名字的諸位親們包括幫我們打掃🧹整理房間的阿姨，若是下次再回揚州我們必再相見😊。

1.房間環境：房間太小，有異味，與標註嚴重不符，設備陳舊，老化嚴重，就是改造的酒店.
2.房間沒有升級（本人鉑金會員），還説沒房（其實有房間）.

酒店的服務特別特別好。送紅酒、送禮物、幫拎包這些也就算了，夜裡居然還偷摸把同事的車給洗了。第一次遇到服務這麼好的酒店！！！
