酒店服務人員都很熱情，見面會主動打招呼並且詢問需求。周圍環境不錯，周圍配套也齊全，離瘦西湖等景點也很近。酒店的早餐不錯，不像純自助那種華而不實，半自助，主食自點，雖然品種不是很多但看得出酒店的精細跟用心。酒點的房間不是很大，但總體佈局跟裝修還算可以。酒店裝修比較新，因該是開業時間不長或者重新裝修過。總體來説體驗還不錯，適合中高端旅客居住需求。

這家酒店設計感很強，設計風格比較煙雨江南，房間衞生很好，套內設施硬件比一般五星酒店，馬桶竟然有沖沖，服務在細節上做得很周到，每天都有關愛小食水果，可以自己烘乾衣服，娃也很喜歡。

地理位置優越，位於一小型文創園區內，鬧中取靜。距離西線綵衣街-東關街-皮市街很近，距離東線瘦西湖南門同樣不遠。出園區幾步路有一家香園，再走幾十米過馬路即是冶春。
酒店很新，配套設施不錯，房間內供應全免費，走廊上還配有可自取的礦泉水，對於水桶者如我很是便利。
服務佳，剛到店check in，前台小姐姐就詳盡地為我們介紹了各種遊玩路線和美味餐廳。退房時還有接駁車送至園區口。其實園區很小，沒幾步腳程，耐不住酒店各位優越的服務意識，前台非常熱情地招呼工作人員開車送客。在外旅遊，能有這樣的入住體驗，真可謂賓至如歸了。
