非常完美的一次入住體驗，這次揚州之行，篩選了很多酒店，最終選擇了揚州皇冠假日（之前來過一次，當初體驗非常不錯）。
酒店位置絕佳：從酒店出發去大運河博物館和何園、皮市街都特別方便。
酒店景色宜人：高層湖景房直接落地玻璃窗，能夠完整的看到運河景色，這一景色很多酒店都無法比擬。
酒店衞生乾淨：不愧為老牌豪華酒店，酒店一如既往的乾淨衞生，尤其四方形的浴缸，非常適合泡澡
酒店服務貼心：感謝酒店全體員工的熱情服務，尤其行政酒廊的服務朱青，態度親切，熱情周到，因為在外遊玩，錯過了退房時間，免費幫我們延遲退房，酒廊環境非常不錯，還帶着小朋友體驗了漆扇，小朋友玩的非常開心。再次感謝酒店服務。

一直喜歡洲際集團酒店，這次女兒生日選擇了揚州皇冠假日，酒店經理貼心的送了生日蛋糕，還升級了房型。酒店地理位置很好，離各景點都很近，窗外就是大運河。中餐廳做的淮揚菜和湯麪也很和胃口，一天玩好，湯湯水水吃的很舒心。

全家總動員，帶着家人一起來揚州旅遊，出行前就看了攻略，選擇離高鐵站近的揚州皇冠假日酒店真的不錯，交通便捷。入住前就告知帶長者和小孩，到店之後辦理入住的前台小姑娘周娟很熱情，套餐裏還送了一盒端午禮粽。在酒店待着特別舒服，小朋友超喜歡行政酒廊，感謝朱青這兩天地照顧，下次如果有機會還是繼續選擇這裏

和朋友一起，兩家人帶孩子來揚州看運河，選在了這裏。酒店賓客專員王傑提前一天就來電話溝通了需求，得知我們會到的比較早，還特意協調了房間，讓我們早上11點就能入住。房間視野開闊，室內佈局也很合理，主動提供了小童用品。早飯品種豐富，有很多揚州特色美食。美中不足是時間過於倉促，沒有體驗酒店其他設施，下次有機會再來
