環境挺不錯的，比較安靜，去周邊都比較方便。小姐姐們服務也很好，給孩子送過來牛奶，咖啡也好喝的，整體體驗感不錯。

真的堪比五星級酒店 服務特別好特別好 如果下次來揚州肯定還是選這家酒店 已經安利了朋友
一進來就會有小姐姐微笑着來迎接你（即使他們沒看到 衹要他們酒店的服務員看到了也會馬上通知）幫忙把行李搬上去 而且以前也會把空調什麼都準備好 也會給你果盤喝的 即便退房了看到你來了也沒有絲毫怠慢
環境自然不必説 很舒服 要不是要趕回去真想多呆幾天 而且護膚卸粧的準備特別齊全 女生如果忘帶卸粧產品完全不用擔心
之前選這家店就是因為網上好評特別多 體驗完 不行 我也得寫一個好評 超棒！

就在大運河邊上，住過服務最好的酒店，沒有之一，各種設施齊全，家裡有的，他都有真的都有，水果小吃飲料，其中咖啡讓我驚艷，每天2杯起，洗髮水個護髮素也格外的好用，最滿意的四吹風機，長頭髮人，這是用的特別好的，叫出租車司機都説我選的酒店不錯哦

香樟樹酒店是我住過最好的酒店，就在運河邊上，鬧中取靜，離皮市街很近，吃吃喝喝很方便，酒店環境優雅，精緻，處處透着詩情畫意和文化氣息，空氣中瀰漫的淡淡薰香，更令人心曠神怡。
提前管家就告訴了酒店位置，還有自駕路線的視頻，很貼心地通知房間已經準備好，連空調都開好了！這才是服務的第一步，到酒店後，小姐姐幫忙搬行李，熱情地打招呼，房間不算很大，但是該有的都有，有智能馬桶，連卸粧水洗面奶都一應俱全，飲用水不夠可以自取，每天都有水果，酸奶，睡前牛奶，還有蒸汽眼罩呢，想得比我自己還周到。
已經迫不及待地向朋友安利香樟樹酒店了，民宿的價格，比五星級酒店更好的服務，下次來揚州還選擇香樟樹！

服務非常好，特別貼心，除了海底撈就是這裏，我跟我妹帶孩子遊玩了全國三十多個城市了，住的所有酒店都沒有他們家服務好，五星級的也是達不到，房間細節也拉滿，真的很喜歡他們家，環境也很雅緻！

地理位置很好，在運河邊上，好停車。300米內有茶樓，可安排早餐，過一個橋對面都是吃的，吃飯很方便。到皮市街，東關街基本步行可以完成。
服務非常熱情，入店有果盤，晚上也會送飲品。環境也非常安靜。
