If you need to be in this vicinity this is an excellent Hotel. Great breakfast ! Clean and tidy with plenty of space in the rooms. Shopping mall with food hall offering amazing local food right next door.

Very clean and comfortable hotel but the location is not very convenient.

Basically we had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and in the hotel it was really quit. The gym has more devices than in other hotels and the swimming pool size is more than the average what we have seen before. Overall really a recommendation when you come to Yangzhou. Only one small item could be improved which is the cleanliness in the room - especially focused on dust. We could see some areas with a lot of dust, also on the TV.

Whether traveling for business or with the whole family, choosing Shangri-La is definitely the right choice. The hotel environment is as elegant as ever, and the garden design around the hotel is very pleasant. No matter which Shangri-La you go to, you will experience the Chinese restaurant, and the quality of the dishes is very stable.

The outdoor children's playground is very small and simple. The water temperature of the swimming pool is very cold, and there are not many slippers in it. The guest rooms are very clean, the bedding is good, and the service is also good. The front office and the guest room should be more connected. When checking in, it is obvious that 2 adults and 2 children checked in. The front desk also sent 2 small balloons, but the guest room did not know to send children's items, indicating that the front and back fields are not connected well. There was an episode. I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock to store my luggage, but I forgot my ID card at the front desk. The front desk gave it to us when I checked in at 1 pm. Question: Shouldn't you call and notify us as soon as you find the guest's ID card? After all, there is an order, a name, and WeChat! The guest relations director Sunny's service is OK and quite friendly. He added WeChat and sent me a note.

The low-key and luxurious lobby is full of the style of Yangzhou gardens, which well integrates the charm of Jiangnan. When you pass by the lobby, the waiters, whether they are known or not, will stop to say hello, making you feel at home.

She made notes for us one by one. We arrived at the hotel a little earlier, and Sunny checked us in according to the notes. We checked into our hotel perfectly and seamlessly. On the way back, another beautiful lady handled the settlement for us and helped us separate the invoices without getting tired. Each individual business was superb, and the cooperation of each member was so accurate. Special thanks to Shangri-La for every service they provided us.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained, and the garden downstairs is also very beautiful, which is very suitable for walking children. The decoration with exquisite materials, the tall space, the wide view, the comfortable bedding, the cold air conditioning, the efficient elevator, the complete facilities, the professional service, etc., are all the comfortable experiences of the old five-star hotel. The manager Emma communicated the details of the check-in with me a few days in advance, which was very considerate and the service was heartfelt❤️. However, the hotel is too far west and a little far from the Slender West Lake. Apart from this, the other experiences are perfect.

Great! The day before departure, a staff member took the initiative to call and ask about the needs. When they learned that we were traveling with children, they immediately said that they would arrange children's supplies. They also applied for a late check-out when we checked out. Everything in the store was smooth and comfortable. Although the hotel is not new, it is well maintained. The best thing is that the service awareness of the service staff is great. They all have a friendly and natural smile and are responsive to any needs. The staff of Liuyuanchun Tea House are all great. I would like to praise Ms. Zhang for kindly leading us to take the shortest route to visit the garden.
