服務非常熱情，衞生良好，交通便利，離景區都很近，步行即可。酒店設施有些老化，淋浴和噴頭出水壓力太小，讓人遺憾。

瘦西湖景區附近，有獨立停車場。便捷。鬧中取靜的酒店。前台以及客房服務人員都非常熱情細心。帶父母出行，小姑娘們主動幫忙把行李送房間。住的幾日每次碰到大堂經理也會主動問候，詢問是否需要幫助。家庭套房，有第三人獨立空間。房間也大，分區。還有親子木馬這種設施。

酒店地段非常好，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。 房間面積還可以，設施有點老，衞生間還配有凈水器，但還有些細節需更新，比如充電usb口沒有。 酒店服務態度是非常好的，服務非常熱情周到。 總的來説，還是不錯的，值得推薦。就是停車位有點緊張，車輛進出高峯時間會堵車。
