訂了兩宿，停車很費勁、酒店前根本就沒有車位、都是停滿的，後院有車位不足10個，你怎麼開車進去就怎麼倒出來，想掉頭開出來？妄想吧！服務嗎？一副愛答不理的表情、第二天打掃房間沒有放礦泉水，打電話一會倒是送來了、想洗澡換鞋居然也沒有放拖鞋、打電話説一會送來、39分鐘後再打説要不自己去前台領，要不再等會、又過了半小時還沒送、又打電話，又過了39分鐘！*！一雙一次性的拖鞋？你們至於嗎？你們收拾房間要不別收走了、要不放新的一次性的、居然讓我們等了1個半小時、無語啊！我還是10多年的老會員了？你們厲害啊！下次絕對不選錦江之星的酒店👎
