幫朋友訂的，環境是園林式的，晚上很安靜，衞生很乾凈，服務很到位，朋友很喜歡，關鍵是離瘦西湖，大明寺很近，步行很快，解決了停車難的困難

一級棒的位置，房間內設施比較陳舊，但是基本衞生還行。服務整體很差，特別是餐廳和房間服務都很不到位，工作人員服務意識差，國營單位的做派，一副愛住不住的態度。差評！差評！

在景區門口，位置確實不錯，就是五一出行，開車來的時候遇到封路，路口等了一個小時，拐彎時發現不讓走了，一整個大無語～酒店環境是園林式的，房間送了一份早飯，兩個人住，要麼再花錢買一份，要麼浪費了～最後還是放棄了，出去吃了早茶😅

體驗感太差，五一期間房價很貴，性價比太低！設施陳舊，味道很難聞，服務差素質低，離店時落在冰箱的東西也被服務員私吞不認，希望不要有人再踩坑！

滿意的地方：1、前台服務的態度、保潔人員態度很不錯！2、周邊景色不錯 3、退房後，行李暫存，態度很好。
缺點：1、選的廁所沒有窗户，如廁後味道過許久才小時，要注意！2、設備與周圍環境有些陳舊。
