房間乾淨面積大，設施齊全無故障，服務員服務周到，早餐廳明亮舒適，自助餐品種不少。房間內還送了酸奶小點心，退房後又送了兩瓶礦泉水，一次很滿意的住宿。

非常好的酒店，可以説是高端大氣上檔次，服務特別好，是我們春節江浙遊的最後一個酒店。我們訂的是兩室的家庭房，在揚州共住了兩個晚上，第一個晚上的酒店在關東街，很不滿意，然後換到了望潮樓。
酒店給人的感覺很大氣，印象特別深，入住當晚送了我們蒙牛的酸奶，很貴的那種，離開的時候還送了我們一個質量非常好的龍年玩偶。還有就是酒店的早餐質量也非常高，大蝦隨便吃，都是很實惠的硬貨，別的酒店沒有這些。但是有一個小小的建議，不知為什麼，酒店的早餐的荷包蛋不是客人隨來隨煎，而是煎了一大盤子，都涼了。
值得一提的是，我離店的時候把一直無線耳機落在了枕頭下面，我自己都不知道，離店沒多久酒店就來了電話，還用順豐免費給寄回了。
總之非常滿意。
