房間絕對是極好的，在小巷裡，很有感覺，離各個景點都很近性價比特別高。

房主會提前聯繫需不需要停車位，主要位置很好，離每個地方都很近，揚州東出站坐Z6直達車2站即可到達，房間設定是我喜歡的中式，房主很有品味奧，無論是大廳還是房間都很好，處處是精緻

基本和網上照片一致，環境很好，乾淨，設施也很完備，拖鞋燒水壺應有盡有，到了之後老闆娘很熱情，給鋪好了榻榻米和多給了一床被子。個人尤其喜愛那個鞦韆椅，簡直在上面就不想下來。不過個人覺得如果能多幾個坐地上的墊子就更好了。不用的時候墊椅子上，需要的話還可以墊地上圍坐。
老闆娘解決問題還是挺迅速的，第一天晚上也遇到了洗澡沒有熱水的情況，洗了一個人第二個人剛洗突然沒了熱水，不過老闆娘很快給解決掉了。
地理位置很好，附近小吃餐館很豐富，完全不愁吃喝，老闆娘也會推薦一些當地餐館，距離東關街西端很近，就幾百米，走路大概快些就五六分鐘，東關街旁邊就是綵衣街，走路也能走到皮市街。揚州的景點還比較集中，打車很快也很便宜。
因為民宿在的小巷比較窄，開車進出有點麻煩，老闆娘建議打車出行，基本都是10元左右，唯一的缺點是我們恰好五個人，得分兩輛車，如果是不開車的或者正好能湊輛出租車的打車是很划算的，還方便不用考慮停車位。
陽台對面是學校，工作日白天會比較吵一些，不過對於要出門遊玩的沒啥影響，就是上下學的時候可能巷子裏會比較擁擠。
總體來説，性價比很高！個人還是很推薦的！
p.s. 唯一需要注意的是，住宿在三樓，沒有電梯，浴桶也不是很容易爬，老年人如果腿腳不便需要慎重選擇。

住民宿也住過不少，第一次遇見晚上斷熱水的。
晚上九點半左右玩好回到民宿，剛剛頭髮塗上洗髮水就沒有熱水了。第二天小朋友一直流鼻涕咳嗽！
還必須提到：和房東溝通了之後，原來樓下住客可以隨時關你熱水。溝通之後，被允許用15分鐘熱水。第三個朋友就不敢洗澡，怕再被斷熱水！之後還沒洗完臉就又被斷熱水了！
想要洗澡用熱水的建議就不適合這個民宿了！！！適合喜歡洗冷水澡的親們！
退房時間還沒到也會有人催促你退房。而且退房時對斷熱水這件事也沒任何解釋！
總體來説，是個很不愉快的體驗。況且您的房價也不便宜！住宿的入口就是小區垃圾桶停放點！進民宿路口要屏住呼吸👃
冷水洗頭洗澡倒是體驗了一次！
