樓下不遠處路邊就是公交車站，去煙台南站乘坐公交車很方便。過了馬路是市場街，有各類飯店和各種小吃，吃飯住行很方便。

房間户型與圖片一樣，提前跟老闆溝通精準的找到了位置樓層和房間，面積足夠大，一個人有更加充足的活動空間，設備齊全，廚台油鹽醬醋齊全可以簡單做個飯，衞生間有洗衣機和電熱水器能夠提供24小時熱水。床墊非常符合個人喜好，睡着很舒服。
