出差煙台選擇了鉑爾曼酒店，距離辦事地方很近。此次對酒店印象不錯。大堂裝飾的非常漂亮，綠油油的。入住時前台工作人員很熱情周到。進入房間視野開闊，心情舒暢。另外，大堂香氛很好聞。

酒店整體都不錯，前台熱情，早餐廳服務差強人意，需要加大培訓，還未吃完早餐餐具就被收走了。退房時反饋了一下該問題，工作人員響應及時。還是可以給予好評的。

位置方便，距離所城裡步行5分鐘。後身就是萬達，有很多吃的。步行到所城裡盡頭有一家煙台燜子口味特別不錯。房間打掃的乾淨整潔。房間大浴缸泡個澡很舒服。入住時前台還幫忙升級了房間，還送了水果，體驗感很不錯。
