地理位置好。離煙台火車站步行約二十分鐘路程，酒店位於煙台汽車總站旁邊，坐大巴去蓬萊閣方便。房間乾淨衞生，服務人員熱情周到，耐心解答諮詢問題，推薦入住。

在煙台，這個全季酒店一共訂了五晚，換了兩個房間。對這個酒店心裏是不滿意的。
衞生：衞生方面，我們換了兩個房間，房間裏都有沙發，沙發墊是肉眼可見的臟，並且在沙發縫裡還有垃圾。
設施：這個酒店的電梯非常不好用，經常會出現關不上門的情況。房間的Wi-Fi網速也很慢。
環境：酒店房間的隔音也不好，如果是喜歡安靜的人，建議不要住，畢竟邊上房間正常聲音講話也都是能被聽到的。
服務：酒店有洗衣房跟烘乾機，我們出去玩會選擇把衣服送到洗衣房並且貼上紙條要求洗完烘乾。第一次洗完我的襪子少了一衹。第二次早上八點送去洗，晚上十點左右回酒店還沒有洗😅

到酒店給升級了房間，酒店香香的前台姐姐也很温柔，還送了早餐和水果，睡得特別好，離店還給帶了飲料和小零食
