入住蓬萊飯店二晚，因為早上要趕飛機，所以分開訂了房間，後一晚沒訂早餐。員工服務都很熱情，不管餐廳，前台還是房間服務人員，都是十分熱情。值得稱讚的是飯店自助餐有老年人優惠價格，79元能吃上海鮮自助餐，很不錯。前天周姓女士服務很熱心。總體入住滿意。

出行方便，出門右拐走走長島碼頭、海洋公園，左拐走走是蓬萊閣；房間大，裝修材料很好、傢俱都很古樸；早餐品種豐富，想出去吃的對門有早餐店；晚餐的自助海鮮性價比很高；客房服務員的打掃及時、利索、在寫着貼心話語的字條邊還放有大蘋果和酸奶；

房間乾淨整潔，衞生間寬大，幾乎與卧室一般大小，乾濕分離，手盆水量充足，淋浴噴頭水壓大。送果盤，送瓶裝水，前台服務態度很好，早餐品種繁多，居然有鮮啤！
