房間很大，跟官方頁面都很一致。但是房間窗户外有很多欄柵，雖然離海很近，但看海景很不爽，扣點分。
冬天在陽台泡温泉真的很舒服～～

第二次來住了，一年一次吧，都是在大年三十住到初二。
去年來的時候是驚艷，私湯大房，服務暖心。所以，今年來了第二次。
今年住的不是那麼開心，大過年的，也是真心的不容易。
説説遇到的情況，儘量客觀。
1 温泉海景房，原來有二個大小，一種比較小，一種比較大。入住的時候給了一個比較小的，因為去年住過大的，費了半天勁，換了去年同樣的房。服務還是蠻好。
2 第二天，早上十點準備泡了。一問得先打電話，打完電話才給水。結果是，衹給了十五分鐘温泉水，想要再加點熱水，就得再打電話。淋浴是冷的，一看房間，開着空調23度。。。。。。無語了。花了600多一晚的房間，沒有24個小時熱水，泡湯還得一遍一遍打電話，房間還冷。。。
3 主要是前台的小服務員，真是的。因為媳婦實在受不了了，就打電話吼了一遍，結果就是前台的服務員就再沒見過笑臉，晚上的服務員還好。房間的大姐也不錯。
分析了一遍，做為酒店，儘量省成本是沒錯的，但客人的體驗不好，就是真的不好了。
明年，不來了吧。初二來了泰山，入住隱居泰山酒店，前台直接給升級行政套。。。。沒有對比就沒有傷害啊。
也可能，煙台的酒店衹為夏天的遊客服務。不想放照片了。沒啥想再説的。

幾乎每年都奔着客房温泉去住上1-2天，這次來發現設施老舊，床品不配套，房間收拾的也不咋地乾淨，起早了淋浴水涼涼，洗浴間地面快趕上水漫金山了，之前的美好體驗全無，可惜了這麼好的地理環境與温泉水，希望酒店能儘快翻新，加強管理。
