今天退房剛好有幸遇到辦理入住時的前台客服，趕忙問了名字，叫吳君，她的服務太周到了，入住時瞭解到我們長者腿腳不利索，想盡辦法幫我們調整了房間，然後酒店當晚因為就餐人數已滿，她熱情周到的給我們介紹了就近的餐館，讓我們稱心如意的品嚐到了美食，也感受到了當地的人文景觀，看見我們拿着行李，她非常熱情主動的一直幫我們送上車，服務態度真是太温馨了。酒店的其他客服、打掃衞生的阿姨等服務意識都非常強的，值得我們以後再來光顧，讓我們對煙台這個城市有了一種別樣的好感，也讓我們有了一種沖動回去會推廣給我們上海市民，讓他們前來遊玩。

房間面積很大，老賓館了，設施有點老舊，位置很不錯，賓館的院子很大，有很多參天大樹，景觀一流！後門可以直接去東山棧橋，晚上亮燈後很漂亮！服務人員都很熱情，服務不錯！

很驚艷！環境太好了，路樹成蔭，鳥語花香，波濤拍岸，舒適宜人。前廳短髮大眼睛的小姐姐很親切，服務周到細緻。客房部的大姐也很耐心，主動指導我們出行交通。早餐也還可以，豆腐腦豆漿都很棒！建議增加煎蛋，蓬萊小麪等項目。

設施：酒店整體設施有點老牌酒店的感覺，能看出比較有歷史，我住的房間有一面正對着床的鏡子，這個蠻多人會忌諱，訂房的時候可以注意一下或者酒店如果能改進可能會更好
衞生：衞生情況大部分能看見的部分還不錯
環境：窗外海景沒得説，正對着棧橋，如果天氣好應該可以在房間看日出
服務：服務人員比較熱情，不過連住期間建議不要早上太早開始客房服務，九點敲門人還在睡覺...

賓館位於棧橋對面，距離月亮灣、海水浴場、漁人碼頭等景點都很近。床單被罩有些發黃介意的自帶，枕頭兩種軟硬自選。早餐自助還可以，去得比較早品類比較全，味道一般，哈密瓜很甜。前台可以換門禁卡，從小門出去對面就是棧橋，門口就是公交站，可以乘坐17路環海遊。
