作為公寓房，還是可以的

位於鬧市區，樓下吃喝玩都非常方便，所城就在對面，去朝陽街走路也是10分鐘左右。房子很大，窗外景色超好。但電視一直開不了，雖然老闆人好不停説明；床墊中間塌了個窩，晚上要睡地下。

房間乾淨利落，在萬達廣場附近，出行吃飯都很方便。裏面冰箱廚房一應俱全，有家的感覺。離火車站也不遠，去海邊溜達方便。

房間很乾凈，地理位置好，就在萬達樓上，不過是優點也是缺點，優點是吃飯方便，附近吃飯的地方多。缺點是太吵了，樓下總有敲鑼打鼓的，整體房間隔音效果也不好，都能聽到別的房間電視聲。 總體感覺還可以，和酒店比起來有洗衣機和冰箱。 然後我住的房間，隔壁有個老頭很煩，總在走廊站着，我每次開門的時候都盯着我看，怪滲人的。 停車場就是萬達的收費停車場，停一晚上花了30，太貴了。

隔音特別不好，桌子上的名片有無線密碼，卻搜不到網，問老闆也不給個答覆，催着走倒是積極，礦泉水都喝一半了還放在那裡
