酒店前台人員的服務很好，酒店的景色很好，房間户型都是海景房，窗外的景色真的是非常的漂亮，要是説不足的話，我們連住了三天，衞生打掃的總是不太及時，設施也有點老舊了，總體體驗的話，給個四星半吧

非常差的一次體驗！貴且不説，酒店房間設施簡陋老化，衞生狀況較差，各種污漬以及坐便器尿漬等。關鍵是服務真的太差，進店就一直是各種推銷，高價套票、租車、餐飲等等，早上出門要瓶水也不給，12點退房晚一會也不行，處處以自己的利益最大化考慮，根本不顧及遊客便利性。離店時竟然還有臉讓給五星好評！

酒店位置非常好，前面是明珠廣場，還有夜市，後面就是餐飲街，晚上溜達吃飯都非常方便。酒店前台服務熱情專業，包車服務價格也可以接受，司機準時，服務熱情。
