房間乾淨整潔，每天都有免費的水果送，晚上還有牛奶，最近煙台的温度很高，房間水喝完了不夠還給免費送，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務也很好，看見我們行李很多，會幫我們送上樓，走的時候還幫我們帶水，很貼心

貴店的服務出奇的好！很少有到店接送服務的，但貴店就有此項服務，前台工作人員及樓層服務人員態度服務親和力都可稱為一流，到店後陳晨店長接待並送我到房間，我因不慎將行理箱Key丟失，小陳店長隨即尋找工具幫助打開，為這樣的服務態度點贊。工作人員小林也為我遊玩指明瞭最佳工具及路線，少走了很多彎路，在此也一併感謝！這是我一路行走中最滿意的一家酒店。也讓我這七十的老頭開眼了，享受到了什麼是賓至如歸！再次感謝貴店的各位工作人員。若以後再到煙台一定還住貴店。
