整體服務和環境都是不錯的，唯一不足就是工人施工居然早上6點多鐘就開始，睡的正香被叮叮噹噹的聲音吵醒，像前台反應後雖然安靜了一會，結果過一會又開始了，導致睡意全無，就這點上面希望酒店再加強一下管理，其他的都還是可以的。

之前就聽説過歐樂堡酒店，這次到煙台剛好打卡體驗一下歐樂堡騎士酒店，前台工作人員態度非常熱情，對待小朋友超級有愛❤️並幫我們免費從普通騎士木馬房升級到高端騎士木馬親子房，房間陽台外就可以看到海景，天氣好的的時候還可以看到日出，酒店裝修都是歐式風格，房間內的的主題深得小夥子的喜愛，有孩子專用的洗漱用品和浴袍，酒店早餐也很偏向小朋友的口味，酒店一樓有一個蒸汽瓦特親子樂園，很有特色。酒店旁邊還有自己的遊樂場和水上樂園，我們來的這個時間樂園還沒有開放。這次臨時來煙台衹住了一晚，小朋友有點意猶未盡，不願意離開。歐樂堡騎士酒店絕對是親子度假的首選🥰🥰🥰

酒店很漂亮，孩子超級喜歡，就是早餐餐廳有點跟整個酒店環境格格不入，老舊不説，看起來就像80年代國營餐廳的感覺。

酒店主題孩子很喜歡，設施也很童話歐式，酒店內有瓦特親子遊樂園，温泉都去體驗了下，很不錯，過馬路就是歐樂堡水上樂園，娃太小就沒玩兒，車程2分鐘就到八仙渡海和三仙山
酒店最滿意的是服務，房間窗户關不緊，臨時換了房全程幫忙迴應快速，並送了小朋友小禮物。可以二刷
